Ci hanno controllato una donna con un sorriso enorme (no tag di nome) e ci hanno salutati come vecchi amici. Abbiamo avuto un problema AC nella stanza (stava girando il sistema ma non si fermava alla temperatura impostata), quindi quando siamo tornati nella nostra stanza era 58°! Stavamo girando il calore e lasciando di nuovo, e quando siamo tornati, era 88°. Abbiamo spiegato il problema a Austin, e lui ha ragione, e ha coinvolto il supervisore di manutenzione, che era molto salotto e molto accogliente e ansioso di assicurarsi che tutto fosse in ordine con la nostra stanza. La loro posizione è stata fissata e abbiamo avuto una serata molto piacevole in quella stanza. Le camere erano impeccabilmente pulite. Il colazione era superiore ad altri colazioni gratuite che abbiamo avuto in altre marchi. Il servizio di cameriera era quotidiano ed eccellente. Il checkout era veloce ed efficiente. Questa è la seconda volta che ci siamo fermati qui e è stata la prima volta!

I’m an avid traveler and was worried about staying here after reading some reviews. The hotel is located in a nice area of Bluffton and walking distance to numerous restaurants, stores, etc. Yes, they are going through renovations, but that’s just part of life. I thought the room was nice, clean etc. the bed was wicked comfortable; slept very well! And I took a nice long hot shower! I tried watching a football game on my iPad; Wi-Fi not so great. Free breakfast buffet is adequate. They continued to run out of coffee

Wanted to love that hotel until not very nice behaviour of lady at the breakfast . We had a free breakfast but she asked me to sign a check with a charge on it .. then she was just rude when I asked why .. location was nice but to get there we needed to cross a bridge , no uturn sign before the hotel . My Honors status was not recognised during check in . Room was clean and top floor had nice view . Breakfast buffet was a little poor for the price and some items were hard to reach , no waffles . They had a make to order option as well .Pool was cold and had no towels . Hotel had enough indoor and outdoor parking spots . I may stop there again but hope stuff to be more friendly .

Molto nuovo e pratico

This is a brand new hotel and everything was spotless. Easy check-in and very friendly customer service team. The rooms were quiet too! Next time in the area, we will likely stay again.

I booked a 2 night reservation with the hotel on May 18th for the nights of July 5th and 6th. We were traveling to spend the 4th with family in Tennessee and needed to break the drive up since we experience so many traffic issues in SC that it can take up to 16 hours to get home to Florida during holiday travel. On July 2nd I received a welcome email for our upcoming stay. We were in the mountains and phone signal was spotty. On the morning of the 5th while driving we received a voicemail that the hotel was double booked for the nights of our stay and they were checking to see if everyone was still coming. I told them yes, we are already on our way there. Then around 2:30pm they called again and said nobody cancelled their reservation so they were going to have to cancel ours. At this point we were an hour and a half away. Because we left TN to get there at the 4pm check in time, driving back to FL would have us on the road past midnight. I asked to speak to a manager and was told one would not be on property until Monday and he would give me a call then. It is now Monday at 9:30pm and I haven't heard from anyone. I even got what was supposedly the manager's email address and sent an email letting him know my husband (whose number was called when they cancelled on us) would be at work all day and to call me instead. No call, no reply to my email. We have been greatly inconvenience and I do not believe that they suddenly realized they were overbooked ON THE DAY OF. Somebody dropped the ball somewhere and now they can't even provide half decent customer service when they completely screwed us over, causing us to have to get a hotel in another town and pay day of holiday booking prices. We booked Candlewood which had a kitchen, pool, laundry facilities, ect. For a higher expense the only option we could find was a bare bones hotel an hour from Hilton Head. We were forced to eat our meals our and couldn't wash our dirty clothes from the past week. Now we have a Hilton Honors account because IHG doesn't care about their loyal customers and the managers can't manager their hotel properly.
