Hotel sul mare a Key West

Siamo arrivati alle 10:00, a una porta chiusa, senza idea di cosa fosse il codice da entrare, e non abbiamo telefoni americani, non poteva chiamare il personale. Un ospite gentile ci ha lasciato entrare, e c'è un telefono sulla parte superiore di una casella di posta con un numero di ore. Questo hotel è arrecato come una serie di cabine di stile piccolo. Per essere giusto aveva tutti gli elementi essenziali, ed era pulito. Il bacino era nella stanza separata dal bagno e dalla doccia, che era un po' strano. Tutte le strutture fornite. Purtroppo, l'unità AC è molto alta, ma c'è anche un fan, che è più tranquillo e tollerabile di avere indossato quando dorme. Il personale è stato molto piacevole e accogliente. Bevande gratuite al check-in e check-out, nessuna sorpresa brutta con la tassa di ristorazione, che è $21.50. Le opzioni per la colazione erano limitate, consistenti in frutta (melone e pineapple), mini pasticceria, granola iogurt pots e waffle. Caffè istantaneo in bottiglie. waffle sono state rese fresche dal personale. Molti gatti si spostavano in giro in giro. Extra: Solo un parcheggio piccolo era disponibile, con circa 6 spazi. Nice and spacious room included Nespresso pods. Central location, not too far from Duval st. Breakfast included was alright, included hard boiled eggs, cereal, waffle machine, bagels and toast with jam, PB, and cream cheese. Starbucks coffee machine and water machine available throughout the day. Air conditioning fan is a bit loud as the air handler is in the room. No one in the lobby to handle noise complaints at night, especially drunks using the pool after returning from a night out being obnoxious. Charging a resort fee of $34.99, then charging $30 for parking is just an absolute money grab. Should've went with the other options that included the parking, but didn't include breakfast as that breakfast was not worth $34.99...

Das Hotel habe ich anstatt eines in Key West selber gewählt, weil es einen Shuttle Service ins Zentrum anbietet und einen größeren Pool hat. Jedoch war dieser an unserem Abend ausgebucht. Wir mussten 2 Stunden warten und 3 Busse ziehen lassen. Der Shuttle zurück war ebenso voll. Wir sind extra den langen Weg zum Treffpunkt zurückgegangen, und dann vor unserer Nase ohne uns weg. Wer nur 1-2 Tage bleibt, hat also Pech. Das Zimmer war ultrasunkel aber groß. Die Flugzeuge hört man tagsüber sehr wohl und zwar unmittelbar. Es sind große Flzgzeuge und die fliegen alle 20 min. Ansonsten okay. Von dem Frühstück darf man nicht viel erwarten, Kaffee gibt es den ganzen Tag in der Lobby

La concha is a beautiful & historic hotel in the heart of beautiful Key West. The location is unbeatable & the balcony rooms, while smaller than other standard rooms, offers excellent people watching & beautiful blue sky views. A parking space is included, which is great to have right on Duval & Fleming Streets. The staff was mostly very friendly, but the service level varied. At one point in our stay, the front desk went out of their way to make us a key card to use the microwave located in the conference room. When I asked to use it the next day, another staff member says there wasn't one in the building. I went & took a photo through the window to show him. He then said he could not grant me access as the desk had previously done. No biggie but a little frustrating. Our main issue with the hotel was HIDDEN FEES. Upon arrival, we were told we would be charged a fee of over $80 per room as a ”destination fee,” which was never explicitly disclosed & was certainly not fairly advertised. I asked about waiving this fee & the night desk said it was possible to check & see with day manager. The next day, they insisted the fee could not be waived & were unwilling to help with it further. I let them know I booked through a 3rd party prepaid, it said fees & taxes were included. They said read the fine print. They charged my card for the fees. Not being forthcoming and clear about the destination fee was the issue I had. And having parts of the hotel amenities, including outdoor areas, being closed off during the stay make this resort/destination fee more of a slap in the face. To highlight this point, the staff at this ”destination” hotel warned us that if we see some stuff a little run down or not in operation, its because the hotel just got bought & things wouldn't get straightened out until the new company takes over. Also minor issues for such a pricey hotel included missing slats on the inner balcony door & similar minor cosmetic issues. Other than that it is a beautiful building & top-notch location. Overall the experience was very enjoyable. P.S. The awesome bar tender makes delicious key lime martinis!

Fantastico soggiorno. Levi al desk front era così accogliente. Mi ha mostrato due camere disponibili e mi ha lasciato scegliere. In realtà andò con me alla stanza s. Abbiamo fatto fine settimana nelle Keys ogni due mesi, ed è stato un lungo tempo da quando abbiamo incontrato questo servizio amichevole. Kudos a Levi.  Era la nostra prima volta che ci fermavamo alla Pier House. Ci saremo certamente tornati. Grazie a You Pier House. Ci siamo divertiti.

Hôtel très acceuillant, pack offert avec cookie, bouteille eau et gourde à l’arrivée, réceptionniste sympathique parlant français. Espace piscine et bar/restaurant très appréciable. Repas et cocktail goûtu. Navette gratuite pour le centre ville toutes les heures. Recommande fortement cet hôtel 😉

L'hotel ha la propria spiaggia privata e piscina, le vacanze sono molto appropriate, ci sono anche molti dispositivi di gioco per bambini, una grande e qualificata. I punti d'attrazione e i ristoranti circostanti sono molto concentrati, suggerendo un taxi / bicicletta. È anche conveniente utilizzare la spiaggia della piscina Casa Marina isolata sotto il coperchio dell'hotel.

Igiene: alcuni capelli sono ovviamente l'ultimo ospite, e sono tipici capelli stranieri di colore oro Infrastrutture: molto completa, dotata di fitness, piscina, non è buono prima Servizio: quando accedere, inviare due bevande non alcoliche, anche se non ha molto denaro, renderà la gente molto comoda.

Bel posto. Ottima posizione. Personale amichevole. Camera confortevole. Il parcheggio NON è incluso. Sono un po' seccato perché non ho trovato nulla al riguardo quando ho prenotato la stanza. Ho anche chiamato e lasciato un messaggio sulla linea della portineria chiedendo informazioni sul parcheggio, ma non sono mai stato richiamato.

Se la famiglia ha un numero elevato di persone, è adatta la tipologia di camera al primo piano. La tipologia di camera al secondo piano è adatta solo per una persona che vive da sola. Inoltre, non lasciare cibo nella confezione aperta nella stanza
