"Hotel occupies 4 stories of a mixed use building. It looks like a temporary hotel as there are construction works of another hotel or the same hotel going on within the same building. As the builders use the same 2 lifts serving the building, the lifts are very dirty and dusty as a result. There’s also no access control to the 4 hotel floors which means any outsider could enter the “hotel” corridors. Aside from this, the room was comfortable enough. The beds, pillows and sheets were new and comfortable. The room also overlooked the 内湾 river. For the price, however, it was disappointing that the room wasn’t equipped with a mini fridge, a rack for luggage, and adequate hooks for clothes. Many other budget hotels are better equipped."
