⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service were exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, modern, and offered breathtaking views of the sea and Burj Al Arab. The facilities are world-class – the private beach, swimming pools, and restaurants all exceeded expectations. The breakfast buffet had an incredible variety, and every meal we had was delicious. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine warmth of the team, which made the experience truly memorable. This hotel is perfect for families as well as couples, with plenty of activities and entertainment for all ages. I would highly recommend Jumeirah Beach Hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and will definitely return on my next trip.

We had a fantastic stay at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai, and it turned out to be one of our most memorable hotel experiences ever. At first glance, the property may look a bit “old school” in design — and yes, some modernization might be needed soon — but once you spend time here, you realize it has something far more valuable: true warmth, character, and heart. In a world of glossy “design hotels” that often feel empty in spirit, I would choose this one any day. A huge compliment goes to the housekeeping team, especially Sachith Karan, who did an outstanding job every day. The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and filled with thoughtful touches. Sachith’s professionalism and genuine care made a real difference and truly reflected the Ritz-Carlton spirit. The grounds are breathtaking — lush gardens, peaceful walkways, and multiple pools that even have well-placed shade, which is perfect in the Dubai heat. There are activities and games to enjoy throughout the property, making it ideal for both relaxation and fun. The food here is excellent across the board, but a special mention must go to the Arabic outdoor restaurant on-site — it’s pure magic. The atmosphere, the flavors, the setting under the stars — it captures the essence of Dubai in the most beautiful way. Most of all, the team makes this hotel what it is. Every staff member is kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. You never feel like just another guest — you feel truly welcomed and valued. In short: while it may not have the ultra-modern look of some newer hotels, The Ritz-Carlton Dubai shines where it truly matters — heart, hospitality, and unforgettable atmosphere. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended.

Sebbene l'hotel sia un po' vecchio, le strutture sembrano ancora molto nuove e sono ben tenute. L'igiene è impeccabile. L'ambiente è molto bello. Il servizio è stato molto caloroso e meticoloso, forse anche troppo. Il check-in richiede un po' di tempo. Fortunatamente, abbiamo prenotato il Royal Club e abbiamo proceduto senza muoverci troppo. C'era una lunga coda fuori, il che era piuttosto stancante. Il Royal Club è molto conveniente e offre tè pomeridiano, cene semplici e bevande analcoliche durante tutto il giorno. Super valore

We had a lovely stay at Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah. Check in was smooth and Yazan was incredibly kind and welcoming. He even upgraded us to a room with a better view, which was a really nice gesture and made our stay even more special. The views from the hotel are stunning, the room was beautiful, and the shower was honestly a dream. The bell team provided excellent service throughout our stay, and the reception team was always responsive and helpful. We visited during Eid, so the hotel was understandably busy. One thing I wish is that the swimming pool stayed open a little later, as it got quite crowded during the day and it would have been nice to enjoy it in the evening as well. We also experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our room, which kept stopping and starting intermittently. It wasn't a major issue for us and we didn't raise a complaint during our stay, but it is something that could be looked into. The dinner buffet was good, although I would have appreciated a wider variety of options. Breakfast, however, was excellent. The restaurant managers at both dinner and breakfast went above and beyond and were genuinely wonderful people who made us feel very welcome. As a Muslim guest, I would also appreciate clearer and more prominent labeling of pork items in the breakfast area. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and felt very well looked after. The service was outstanding, the property is beautiful, and I would definitely return in the future.

L'hotel ha un ottimo paesaggio all'aperto, piscina sulla spiaggia e campo da golf.Se vuoi rilassarsi qui puoi soddisfare la maggior parte delle tue attività. Le strutture della stanza sono comuni e la testa è bassa.Il corridoio è molto prudente.

l'aspetto migliore che posso considerare di questo hotel è la bella spiaggia e la piscina. Ho davvero amato i momenti che ho trascorso lì. La colazione era ottima, potresti essere servita all'aperto. Anche i campanelli delle porte erano davvero cordiali e fantastici. Hanno aiutato completamente gli ospiti e hanno mostrato le strutture. C'erano 3 ristoranti nell'hotel dove potevi servire la tua cena vicino alla spiaggia. In generale era ok. Non mi piaceva il tema delle camere.

Alla reception c'era una receptionist dalla pelle scura il cui nome sembrava essere Bahab. Era di cattivo umore a causa della lamentela di un ospite precedente scortese. Alla fine ha anche detto di non averla sentita. I miei saluti, ma non mi ha salutato dall'inizio alla fine, iniziando un viaggio poco piacevole... Bravissimo l'istruttore di yoga indiano dell'hotel... Anche il ristorante indiano è buono, ma il prezzo è più caro...

Un hotel magnifico, situato in posizione ideale tra il lungomare e la spiaggia. A soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, offre asciugamani e ombrelloni. La camera è enorme, gli accappatoi morbidi, le pantofole comode, il letto e i cuscini perfetti, il servizio eccellente, sempre pronti a risolvere qualsiasi problema, persino portando ago e filo, e l'insonorizzazione è ottima. Consiglio: chiedete una camera ai piani inferiori per evitare le code agli ascensori nelle ore di punta.

L'hotel è situato in posizione strategica, vicino al Dubai Marina Mall e al lungomare. La spiaggia è a 20 minuti a piedi, ma l'hotel offre un servizio navetta giornaliero con partenza alle 10:00 e ritorno alle 12:30. È più che sufficiente per evitare scottature. La spiaggia stessa, JBR, non ha un'acqua cristallina, ma è fantastica. Siamo andati sul Kite: è come le Maldive arabe (l'acqua è molto limpida). Lo consigliamo. Un taxi andata e ritorno costa 90 dirham. Informazioni sull'hotel: non aspettatevi un hotel o camere di lusso. È un hotel molto economico, ma ha tutto il necessario per la comodità. La sua posizione comoda compensa. Se fate colazione, potete pranzare nelle vicinanze presso l'omonimo bar (molto economico). Anche il supermercato West Zone nelle vicinanze è economico. Come altri hanno già detto, le colazioni non erano eccezionali, ma non morite di fame. Sapevamo dove stavamo andando. Grazie al meraviglioso personale dell'hotel per aver soddisfatto la mia richiesta. L'hotel dispone anche di due ragazze che parlano russo e che possono aiutarvi con tutto, organizzare escursioni o trasferimenti per il centro storico. Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno perché abbiamo visitato soprattutto posti bellissimi e siamo tornati in hotel la sera.
