Hotel in zona Ocean Adventures Punta Cana, Bávaro

Ok. First off I don't know how anyone could give Marcos and Magdelina anything but 5 stars. They are both fluent in Spanish, English and several other languages which made everything very easy. When I wanted to practice on my Spanish Marcos would speak with me in Spanish and when I wanted to speak in English we spoke in English. If you read the other reviews, some people were confused about where they were and reviewed this place in error. I was traveling solo in the Dominican Republic as a single woman and I was slightly worried before arriving, but the second I walked into the garden late at night to check in - all my fears melted away. The family was sitting having a casual conversation with guests and the kids were playing on the ping pong table. They welcomed me like family. The most gracious couple I have ever met. In addition to being met by Marcos and Magdalena I was also met by a friendly dog which made this feel even more like home. As far as my room went, everything was clean, very spacious, had air conditioning in the bedroom, a mini fridge and some snacks and drinks in the minibar. I settled in immediately. I also ate dinner there every night because the food was so amazing! They have four different menus to choose from, including Dominican food, Caribbean and even Polish food. All of which was absolutely delicious. The service was incredible and it was a true experience that I will never forget. I even got to play air hockey with the kiddos! I almost don't want to write this review because I'm afraid I won't be able to get a reservation when I return next year! Now let's address the fact that this is not an all-inclusive resort. This is a small bed and breakfast that is run by a family. They have a recycle mentality and everything they had is reused and repurposed and I love that vibe. If you are one that wants fancy and luxury or no culture, this probably isn't the place for you. If you're a solo traveler that wants to feel like you're part of a family 1000% recommend. I will return to see them many many times. ♥️

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo resort una settimana in gennaio. Struttura da mille e una notte ma servizi disastrosi. Ristoranti con un servizio pessimo. Attese negli ordini infinte. Ordinavamo da bere e ci arrivava quando ormai avevamo finito il cibo. Stessa cosa se chiedevi i condimenti. Sembrava quasi ti facessero un favore a servirti. In un resort di un certo livello sono cose che non devono succedere. Le uniche due persone genitili e molto competenti erano Gladys e Ivan del buffet Carribe. Passiamo al servizio reception. UN DISASTRO. La nostra camera si trovava esattamente a un chilometro da tutto. Soggiornavamo in 3 in una camera da 4 e puntualmente tutti i servizi di cortesia, asciugamani ed accappatoi compresi erano solo per due. Segnalato più volte durante tutta la vacanza. Ovviamente il telefono della camera non funzionava e dovevamo ogni volta scendere alla reception che causava non poco disagio. Segnalato anche il fatto del telefono ogni giorno. Il telefono è stato riparato il giorno prima della partenza. Chiesto più volte di parlare con il direttore e puntualmente ci dicevano che non si trovava in struttura. Qualsiasi ora fosse. Pochissime persone che parlino un inglese fluente. Sarà anche un 5 stelle in Repubblica Dominicana ma in Italia ne valerebbe forse 3. Non consigliato affatto.

Magnifico spazio pubblico, molto ben tenuto. Ristoranti molto buoni. Personale molto gentile e cortese. Spiaggia magnifica rispetto alle spiagge di altri hotel. Camera un po' invecchiata nonostante avessimo preso la suite Platinum Honeymoon: WC mal fissato ma riparato entro 24 ore, tracce di ruggine sulla doccia tropicale, ante dell'armadio del minibar mal fissate (fuori centro). I materassi delle sdraio della zona Platinium sono invecchiati (macchiati e talvolta con cuciture aperte). Cashback iGraal rifiutato da trip.com senza motivo... Peccato, non è molto corretto.

My family and I (myself, husband and 5yr old son) stayed at Princess Family Club from June 15-21. When we arrived Nes at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. He handed me a glass of champagne and quickly got us checked in. Much appreciated after a long day of traveling. He did let us know right away that the elevator was out of order, but that they were working on getting it fixed. Pedro, helped us with our bags and let us know that there was a second elevator but it was waaay in the back. It too was out of order when we checked in but it did work the reminder of our stay. We also saw the elevator maintenance company on site everyday so they were trying to address the issue. It did get fixed on our last night so better late than never. The children’s water park with accompanying buffet and bar were amazing to have access too. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee, beer, cocktails on hand until 4pm was a life saver. My personal favorites were the chicken pastelitos. I always made sure to grab as many as I could when they were on offer. I didn’t get the name of woman who was behind the buffet but she was so kind and greeted us everyday with a beautiful smile. Nikole was our favorite waitress! Also, so kind and attentive. At the kids club my little one was not a fan, but that was mostly because he didn’t connect with the other kids (language barrier). He much preferred being in the pool. Thank the good lord for Nancy!!! She was so amazing all week. Everyday when she saw us she made sure to check on us and always made sure our son was good (and me lol). Food: I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. The food is the family club buffet was very tasty and seasoned well. My favorite meal was at El Pescador. The food was cooked to perfection!! My least favorite meals were at El Guacho and Il Tartufo. At El Guacho the empanadas were just okay. I could tell they weren’t freshly made like the pastelitos I had at Mordisco. At Il Tartufo, the gnocchi in pesto was WAY overcooked and the barnzino with mashed potatoes was very salty. The selections at the main buffet, La Hispañola were also tasty and there were many options for everyone in the family. The Ice Cream truck near the main lobby is so cute and the perfect ending to dinner. We had ice cream every night! In the event that you want something off the menu that’s “special” like the ribeye, it will take 45-50 mins because they do not keep it in that particular restaurant. They have to get it from the central kitchen and it can take time to order, receive and cook it. Definitely not mentioned on the menu. If you really want it, my husband recommends calling way ahead. The WiFi is not that strong and that could definitely use some improvement. The signal is great in the lobbies and restaurants but not great in our room. Conveniente se si guida un'auto. Molto vicino all'autostrada, così si può facilmente guidare verso le località più popolari in Nord-Est Dominicana. C'è un bel territorio vicino alla piscina dell'hotel dove si può raffreddare e godere di cantare gli uccelli. Il colazione è buono. Stuff molto amichevole e utile

Il primo giorno del mio soggiorno, ho controllato per la prima volta il gabinetto del gabinetto. Il gabinetto del gabinetto non era pulito e disinfettato. Ocean Blue è un ristorante di medie dimensioni. Non piccolo. Non grande come Iberostar. Tuttavia, ha un sacco di cena di buona qualità (5) sul sito proprio come i grandi. La loro spiaggia è perfetta con un sacco di cabana gratuita come sedere ombreggiato. Solo sorpresa è stata la nostra negozio di scuba era sul sito, ma la barca reale di immersione era 2 ristoranti in fondo alla spiaggia a Iberostar. A 10 minuti a piedi, nessun problema. Questa parte dell'isola un po' cordiale per immergersi. Piu' chiaro sul lato meridionale. Resort super pulito, sicuro e amichevole personale. Più famiglie e coppie più anziane. Nessun adolescente di Primavera Break! Molto consiglia questo resort per le famiglie.

L'hotel era favoloso in quanto era pulito, spazioso, moderno e aveva un'atmosfera tranquilla per gli affari. Si trova fuori dalle principali attrazioni di Madrid, il che è piacevole per i viaggiatori d'affari. Se sei in viaggio per vedere i siti, dovrai prendere un Uber/taxi, che impiega circa 15-20 minuti a seconda del traffico e dell'ora del giorno. Non è male, ma non è l'ideale se vuoi uscire dal tuo hotel ed essere nel vivo dell'azione. A parte la posizione, il personale della reception è estremamente cordiale e disponibile, l'hotel ha un'atmosfera moderna e dispone di alcuni ottimi ristoranti situati nelle vicinanze. Adesso sono un grande fan degli hotel AC a causa di questa bellezza in cui abbiamo soggiornato a Madrid! Anche se è un po' lontano dalle attrazioni, ritornerei comunque e soggiornerei nuovamente in questa posizione e lo consiglierei ai futuri viaggiatori!

L'igiene della camera è generalmente, i prodotti di letto per la toletta sono molto vecchi e non bianchi.Ma mi sento molto bene dopo il soggiorno.L'hotel è molto grande e richiede due giorni per familiarizzare l'ambiente. Mangiare e bere tutta la borsa, compresa l'acqua alcol, ci sono molti ristoranti, ci sono prodotti diversi da pranzo, molto ricco, frutta di mare è anche ricco, ci sono molti piccoli soggiorni che forniscono cibo e bevande in tempo non pranzo, insomma, si può trovare cibo in qualsiasi momento.Il panorama delle acque di spiaggia è molto bello. Ci sono diverse grandi spettacoli ogni notte, che è un posto inaspettato, perché non vedo l'introduzione dello spettacolo quando prenota la stanza.Mangiare e giocare in hotel è una grande esperienza.
