All'arrivo ho scoperto che Trip.com ha sbagliato la mia prenotazione. ho prenotato una suite con giardino che offriva un letto matrimoniale o due matrimoniali. La mia ricerca era 1 camera 2 adulti che stavo dando a Punta Cana. suite principessa. il resort si rifiuta di fare il check-in con me e mia sorella perché un rappresentante telefonico mi ha detto che la mia prenotazione era buona per due. ho dovuto usare i miei soldi spesi per pagare un extra perché Trip.com non ha inserito mia sorella nella prenotazione. il cibo era cattivo, freddo e raccolto. il cibo fresco non veniva messo fuori abbastanza spesso. Le mosche erano dappertutto nel cibo. i camerieri della steak house erano scortesi e cattivi. Rifiuta di correggere il mio ordine dopo che l'hanno incasinato. Ho passato un'intera notte affamato. posto bellissimo ma non tornerò mai più in questo resort né prenoterò con trip.com

Check in process was easy but scammed of having to spend an extra $140 for vip package in which includes extra amenities and gifts in which I never received. The tv did not work and called guest services many times. Tried ordering room service which was included and tried to charge me. The food is okay. Only nice part was the beach. Room had a very mucky feeling. The wifi is horrible. Barely works. Next time I’m going somewhere else for the money I spent.

Hotel molto buono. Ottima la cucina, buffet variato con temi diversi ogni giorno, giardino curatissimo, personale piú che gentile, bella spiaggia, non altrettanto il clima. Raffiche di vento tutti i giorni.

Immaculate conditions and extremely clean. I was continually astounded by how well they kept all the facility clean and sanitary. As in a lot of all inclusive facilities, the buffet food was average at best. And, like many places in the Caribbean, beef dishes were subpar. But, you should come here for the seafood anyway. My biggest disappointment was communication. Not because of the language, but because of the staff's ability to communicate effectively what was available, when is available, and how to navigate the restaurant and other outings. Yes, language is an issue but I couldn't get my point across in Spanish or in English. In my opinion, a place that advertises to the US market should do a better job of having staff on hand who can communicate with English speakers effectively.
The beach and the grounds were incredible. And the rooms very comfortable with nice little patios to sit out and enjoy the beautiful weather.

Small resort, very walkable. Pool was great. Beach too, but lots of waves.
Shower and toilet in room share a glass panel. Water went into the toilet area. Water also flows under the shower door into the bathroom. Used the bath mat to stop it, but it wasn't replaced. There were no washcloths and only 2 bath towels. Room cleaning was done at random times. No hot water 2 different days. Staff at the bars were great as were the staff in the restaurants. The buffet is open air. All of specialty restaurants are not open every night. Nightly entertainment doesn't start until 9:30 and takes place in the lobby.

Love the staff! Frederick at the front bar is always amazing in the mornings and Raul at the 24 hour. Highly recommended, coming back for a 3rd time soon.

The food & staff were wonderful! Pool, beach & property are well keep, however a couple of inconvenience issues, room keys did not work throughout the whole time there, was there 3nts, & WiFi doesn’t work in room.

Punta Cana Princess is a smaller and quite resort, but it was immaculate. Food was very good. If you wanted to relax, all you had to do was stay there, if you wanted more excitement you could go to one of the other 2 Princess properties just a 5-minute shuttle away. Shuttle ran 24/7 every 10 minutes or so. I would recommend this resort to others.
