Polite staff, no complaints, great food, awesome hospitality, reasonable too. Will recommend to everyone who is looking for a nice place to stay. Mr Aditya, the owner also has nice attitude towards customer and staff, he was polite and jolly all the way through, this is what makes the experience memorable

Had a comfortable and wonderful stay. Rooms are very clean and staff is also very courteous & friendly. Food was awesome and service was very good. Rooms are quite big and hotel is also very centrally located. Had a very nice tym.

It was a vegetarian hotel which was not mentioned during booking. The service & laundry was not up to the mark.

I had stayed at this property for 2 nights. The property is in business hub of Bhopal city but doesn't have its own parking facility. Our next day breakfast was below average quality. I had booked this hotel through makemytrip.com & This is over priced hotel and there are many options available in vicinity with same price range. I forgot my expensive Selfie Stick (3 in 1 Selfie & Tripod Stand) in hotel and i had called hotel after couple of days later. Mr Bikram (Who got my call) promised me to check with cleaning staff and call me back but he didn't called me. Next day again i called and another person answered the call and he also said same thing. Agagin he didn't called back and i lost my stick with staff....

Hotel was goodb, but soap & lotion given were not upto the mark. I have complaint same to hotel but they were having casual approach

1. Overpriced property. Many good options with better facilities available in vicinity. 2. Breakfast served on 17th dc morning was cold, wasn't fresh.

Dirty linen, no regular provision for breakfast, damaged or partly working fittings fixtures, big but unclean room and elevator as well

Very good hotel everything is very perfect staffs are also very nice and their service is mind blowing I must say if you visit Bhopal and searched for a good hotel then book this hotel without and second thought
