I was very skeptical in the beginning in choosing this stay , but it turned up all good in the end. Thank you so much to Mr sures and Al other involving staffs that has been super helpful in checking out my entire stay and making us feel super comfortable during our days in PR Penang.
Mr.sures has promptly arranged our cakes and balloon and dealing with my OCD ensuring my family and I got all that was served and planned accordingly ! Wonderful ! No referent and thank you again ! It was indeed a beautiful 2 nights stay with my entire family and everyone was happy untill the morning of our checkout during our breakfast time.,.. we were indirectly turned down. Your staff shaipul from the morning breakfast team was not being very pleasant or even nice regardless of the busy kitchen . We asked for water for my choked 4 yo daughter during her breakfast meal to shaipul and we were told to take our selves and my sister actually ran and went in to look for plain water , there was no serving of water kept untill she asked the staffs inside for water and they pushed her back and forth for water . And when she came back to me saying there’s no water and I was extremely pissed with that as my daughter was choking. So what I did was ? I stood up and told one of the lady girl standing close to shaipul and that girl was visibly looking like a Myanmar gal if I’m not wrong that was managing the cup and saucer area next to the coffee station to help me with 2 mugs of water and she replied me very “politely yes certainly” and I heard shaipul telling her “why didn’t you ask them to go in and take the water all by themselves “ and that got me really pissed as it was extremely rude. My daughter was choking and regardless of situation is that how your staff would reply to my sister and his co-worker that’s willing to help us ?
With someone like shaipul, trust me your hotel standards are never gonna get anywhere . Please discipline him properly as he is passing out his toxic service aso to his co -worker that was willing to help us . Otherwise the entire hotel service was beautiful , and lovely; ending up with another comment, upon checking out , there was an Indian lady whose checked me out , overall grooming was okay , but she may need to maintain her tone of voice when speaking to her client regardless to race . No idea if I was looking like an Indian hence that angry bird mode, but lol. Your hotel holds An extremely high standards , but with this type of local low classed mentality staffs , trust me the value of every single standard of the hotel is being decreased automatically .
