Mi sono divertito! All'arrivo il personale era gentile e prontamente disponibile per qualsiasi aiuto di cui avevamo bisogno. La camera era perfettamente pulita e il nostro soggiorno è stato tranquillo e pacifico. Ma a causa del COVID 19 non c'era la colazione gratuita, la palestra e la piscina erano chiuse, e anche a causa dei due uragani Marco e Laura il nostro viaggio è stato interrotto perché la Croce Rossa aveva bisogno delle camere. Tuttavia, a parte tutto ciò, mi è piaciuto molto il mio soggiorno in questo hotel e lo consiglierei sicuramente!

La lobby era quasi calda come era fuori, il ristorante/bar era situato nella stessa zona, sudando mentre mangiava non funzionava per me. Il telefono nella stanza non funzionava, la selezione del snack in fondo era costituita da bar di cliff e un certo tipo di cookie.. Quando mi sono svegliato, mi sono svegliato e ho fatto un giro di bagno, ho passato attraverso un tessuto bagnato e una stanza inondata da un fuoco d’acqua. Quando ho controllato e ho parlato dell'inondazione ho avuto un colpo di testa, mi ha chiesto se c'era un sconto per l'inondazione. Ha detto che non poteva fare nulla perché ho prenotato attraverso un terzo ma avrebbe dovuto chiamarmi il manager. Sono un proprietario di Hilto e mi vergogno di poter prenotare una stanza più conveniente attraverso il viaggio di quanto possa Hilton

La nostra figlia dormiva sul letto e dormiva una notte terribile. La materassi del letto di divano era sottile e indossata. C’era un strano odore di ringraziamento nella stanza, che non se n’è andata finché non abbiamo usato il condizionamento d’aria. I mattoni erano molto vecchi, scuro e scorrevole. Le porte di cassaforte in zona dormiente erano fuori dal loro corridoio. Il personale del desk front non sono molto amichevoli, nessuno sorrise e le interazioni sono state scarse. Sembrava che il personale di fronte fosse un gruppo di persone infelice.

The Hotel Indigo has a great location in downtown Baton Rouge. It's within walking distance of pretty much everything to do and see, including museums, the convention center, bars/restaurants, and office buildings. While IHG's Hotel Indigo brand is supposed to be an upper-upscale full-service, boutique-inspired brand, the Hotel Indigo in Baton Rouge felt more like a generic Holiday Inn Express or Fairfield Inn. No doorman or bellman. No offer of assistance with luggage. No newspapers. Bar doesn't open until 4pm, which means you can't get a drink until then. There's no all-day F&B nor is there a pantry or gift shop selling non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. So I couldn't even get a bottle of Diet Coke. The restaurant wasn't open for dinner when I stayed because the hotel lost its kitchen staff or staff members. At breakfast, the restaurant was very basic. There's no real table service. The breakfast menu consists of three or four egg options with all orders placed at the counter. No coffee refills and the orange juice is sugary orange juice from a mini-bottle. No oatmeal, no fresh berries and fruit, no yogurt, etc. There were some breakfast pastries at the counter but they looked old.  The atmosphere and food quality at Starbucks or McDonald's is better. The public spaces and guest rooms were very old and tired with extensive wear-and-tear. At the minimum, carpet in the hallways needs replacement as does some of the furniture in guest rooms. There are no USB outlets in the room. Only two or three accessible electrical outlets to charge assorted devices. That's just not acceptable in the year 2022. The clock-radio had iPod/iPhone docking capability ... maybe 10 or 12 years ago. We're talking like an iPhone 3 technology. No water was provided in the room. The mini-fridge and microwave were just haphazardly placed on the floor against a wall. The air conditioning unit was horrible. If you turned it on, the room was freezing even with the temperature set at 68 or 70 degrees. It never seemed to go on auto and stop running. I had to shut it off and sleep in a room that was about 73-74 degrees. I was woken up at several points during the night by what felt like earthquakes. I assume it was the elevator behind my room. Despite requesting a room away from the elevator, I was placed in a room right next to the elevator. The bathroom was dirty. Mold or mildew throughout shower. Old tiles that needed regrouting. Hair on face towels and throughout the floor of the walk-in shower. Everything just looked old and outdated. More like a dorm or locker room bathroom than an upscale boutique hotel brand. No mouthwash or other toiletries in the room. No bathrobe or slippers. The gym was well-equipped but, like everything else, was outdated. The equipment was a couple generations outdated. The general manager was apologetic and compensated me with a significant number of IHG points. While that was gracious of him, the fact remains that the hotel is

Questo hotel è molto bello ma i bagni potrebbero essere aggiornati! Le docce e le vasche sono della vecchia scuola! Ma nel complesso ottima stanza per romanticismo e coppie! La vista era fantastica!

The mgr, Joette, and asst mgr, Colin, are the BEST team ever! We were last-minute guests that required a roll-in shower and they delivered. The customer service and courtesy that we received from Joette and Colin was SO much more than what we had expected and we are very grateful to them and the rest of the staff for helping us salvage our vacation after a major setback in plans. The hotel is close to excellent restaurants (Acme, Parrain's, and Jolie Pearl) and was a short drive to the Blues Festival. Their ADA bathroom was well equipped and met my husband's needs. I would stay here again!
