Friendly reception staff and smooth process of checking in. Room was spacious and had a good view. Walkable distance to town centre. Breakfast spread was great as well! Would return in the future!

The location is good, though a little bit far away from BATH Spa Railway station if you are walking. If the weather is good and sunny, it is OK to enjoy the scenes.

The room was spacious and in excellent condition. The staff were all friendly and made sure our stay was remarkable and we will definitely be staying here again.

중심지까지 도보로 5분 이동 가능. 방깨끗하고 넓음. 1층 계단바로 앞 차이니즈방에 머물렀는데.. 방은 크고 좋지만, 밖에 소음이 다들림. 주차장뷰는 그닥 신경안썼는데, 샤워화장실이 주차장에서 보면 실루엣이 보임. 방 옮기기 귀찮아서 큰 수건 달라고 해서 창문 가림. 이부분은 개선해야할 듯. 그리고, 주차비 10파운드... 비수기에는 안받았음 좋겠음.

此行共定三間房，房間實際佈置設施比較老舊，沒有圖片漂亮屬於家庭旅館型。但這不是最糟糕的，最糟糕的是服務態度傲慢，處理問題不近人情。該酒店制定的退房時間異於尋常，必須在上午10點半前離開，我們由於行程耽擱於第二天凌晨12點多才到達酒店，沒能早起，早餐收拾行李後於11點10在前台退房，超時40分鐘被硬性要求收取超時費60英鎊，前台人員對於我們的溝通訴求完全不理睬，全程非常冷漠衹有一句話：這是規定必須付費。作為服務行業把自己當法律法規了嗎？客人為本的服務理念盪然無存。出差旅行國內國外住過所有酒店沒有一家會這麼蠻不講理如此苛刻，服務人員大多頂着一張**臉，愛理不理，衹有早餐廚師一位菲律賓籍女士禮貌親切，服務周到。總之如果不想花錢找罪受的話，強烈建議避雷此酒店，畢竟作為旅遊城市的巴斯有很多酒店可以選擇
