Le strutture sono buone e il trasporto è super conveniente. Puoi raggiungere la stazione della metropolitana di Ikebukuro non appena parti. Puoi anche acquistare un autobus per l'aeroporto per andare direttamente all'aeroporto di Haneda o all'aeroporto di Narita durante il viaggio di ritorno. La reception può comunicare in Inglese.

È molto vicino alla metropolitana ed è molto comodo per fare shopping e mangiare. La colazione giapponese è al secondo piano e la colazione occidentale è al quarto piano. È davvero deliziosa e il servizio è ottimo! Pollice su!

Anche se è un vecchio hotel, le strutture sono nuovissime e c'è molto personale nella hall, è molto meglio che in Cina! Anche i dintorni dell'hotel sono molto comodi: è vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e i Grandi Magazzini Tobu sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti! C'è una famiglia e Lawson al piano di sotto, il che è molto comodo! C'è anche una lavatrice self-service al primo piano!

Good as before; the laundry room which has been moved upstairs is even better now; excellent service and location ; must stay here again when coming to Tokyo again

Superb locations. Good service. Breakfast was way below average. Lots of shopping malls & many eateries across the road. Limousine buses from both airports, very convenient. Ll definitely stay again if back.

The hotel location is very good and the staff are very friendly both front desk and the restaurant. The room I book was superior double bed room at 14F, view was so so but the hard facilities and the shower room is good to use. Breakfast selection are enough but everyday provide the same thing no any difference, let me felt board and disappointed.

A very convenient hotel with good service and adequate amenities. It’s close to the station, shopping centres, restaurants. It is a little aged and the rooms range from small to mid size (17m2 to 23m2) unless you have the suite or Executive King room. Even the Executive Queen room isn’t very big at 22m2-23m2. But overall it’s a good hotel which I have come back to. The Airport Limousine Bus Stop is at the hotel which I really appreciate.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Staff members were very polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet has many food choices.
