Hotel a Batam Kota

"I chose this hotel because I saw reviews on various platforms stating that sauna facilities were available. I am looking for hotel/s with Sauna !! My real intention. Compared to other hotels with saunas, the price here was very reasonable given the luxurious facilities and surroundings, which made me choose this hotel. However, I was quite disappointed when I arrived and asked the reception, only to find out that the spa and sauna services had long been discontinued / are under renovation. I honestly don’t have any other reason to stay here. That being said, I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean, 5-star standard, had a bathtub, the TV worked perfectly, and overall I was very excited and happy. The hotel facilities and environment were also beautiful and impressive – the lobby was elegant and exclusive, the lift area leading to the rooms was spacious and luxurious, the swimming pool was large and beautiful, the café was wide with delicious food, and paid spa services were also available. To sum up, everything was beautiful and luxurious, and I was very satisfied – definitely a stay worth the money. The only downside was not being able to experience the sauna. That’s it. 4/5 stars. Tip top."

"Solo un posto buono per il crollo. Non così grande, ma non così male. Potrebbe essere meglio di quanto si potesse aspettare. La posizione è grande e molti punti di fornitura possono essere trovati vicino solo camminando. In generale, un buon posto per rimanere."

"Tutto è buono tranne per il buffet del colazione .. era freddo anche quando era aperto alle 7:00. Inoltre, mi hanno dimenticato di pagare per qualcosa che abbiamo avuto in servizio in camera e mi hanno chiesto di pagare appena quando ho avuto bk a Ainpore6. Come posso pagare? Ho detto dieci.tp detrazione dalla mia carta di credito, ma hanno detto che non è possibile. Sono sorpreso che non abbiano controllato bene prima che me ne andassi."

"Tutto era buono tranne il punto di plug. Ho avuto tante volte in battam e non hanno alcun problema con la socket di potenza. A quanto pare, ancora utilizzano 2 socket di potenza pin. Neanche forniscono 3 adattatore di plug pin. E devo andare al più vicino hardware per trovare l'adattatore di viaggio da solo. Spero che rimediano a questo problema e non devo più preoccupare il turista. Vorrei raccomandare questo hotel a mia famiglia e a mio amico. Pulizia, comoda e conveniente 🥰👍🏻"

"Ho avuto un bellissimo soggiorno in questi appartamenti, l'atmosfera era tranquilla e molto pulita, che mi ha reso confortevole e rilassata dal momento in cui sono arrivato. Il profumo nel lobby era fresco e piacevole un bel dettaglio che ha fatto una grande prima impressione. Il personale era incredibilmente gentile e benvenuto, sempre pronto ad aiutare con un sorriso. In generale, era una grande esperienza e mi sarei certamente tornato. Molto raccomandato!"

Can smoke as well and bring your takeaway food to eat, with tables and chairs & enjoy your meal under the calm 🌃🌇🌙 🌟 🤩 The address is a little confusing when you book Grab, indicate the hotel name to be sure and you will see it by the roadside..."
