Hotel a Batam Kota

"Il servizio era benvenuto e ospitato, tuttavia, la consegna di cibo doveva essere raccolta all'esterno, e inoltre permettevano il magazzinaggio dei bagagli, che era molto utile per andare a shopping senza bagagli. Situazione intelligente, è vicino al centro Mega - l'hotel offre servizi di navetta da e verso il centro Mega. Tuttavia, è ＞20 minuti di cammino per i piatti come 168 & A2 cortile e altri centri come Grand Batam, Nagoya Hill che possono essere trovati prevalentemente nella zona di Nagoya. La stanza stessa era piuttosto polverosa e non aveva una buona vista (la nostra vista era un edificio ancora in costruzione), le strutture erano adeguate e le tovaglie erano cambiate. Hanno anche sostituito i pantaloni, ma non ho usato i nuovi perché ho notato un bug tra i pantaloni (non c'è problema, come ho usato solo i pantaloni più vecchi)"

"Uno dei più lunghi hotel a 5 stelle a Batam. La vista è di verde - di fronte al campo da golf. L'hotel era pieno, amichevole ricevitore Finy, mi ha offerto una camera deluxe con letti matrimoniali, vista sul campo da golf balcone. Autobus a determinate ore a Grand Batam Mall e Nagoya Hill. La palestra era ben attrezzata. Ho visto la zona di sauna e yoga al livello 10 Una cosa da notare: il sole è al mattino. La piscina non fa il sole, perché è bloccata dall'edificio dell'hotel (fino a circa 1015am) . La zona in cui il caffè è raggiunge il sole mattinale. Il Café Luminal vicino all'hotel serveva un toast di caffè da Starbucks .non un grande fan di caffè Starbucks, quindi ho avuto succo di melone d'acqua invece. L’ambiente del Cafe è stato grande per il lavoro a distanza, poiché ci sono stati molti punti di carico. In generale, un piacevole soggiorno."

"I had a good stay at Harris Hotel Batam Center. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The location is excellent — right next to the Batam Ferry Terminal and Mega Mall, which made getting around and shopping very convenient. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. There was no staff available to help guests find seats, and most of the food served was cold and hard, except for the noodles station, which was fresh and tasty. Overall, the accommodation and location were great, but the breakfast needs significant improvement."

"Ho avuto un bellissimo soggiorno in questi appartamenti, l'atmosfera era tranquilla e molto pulita, che mi ha reso confortevole e rilassata dal momento in cui sono arrivato. Il profumo nel lobby era fresco e piacevole un bel dettaglio che ha fatto una grande prima impressione. Il personale era incredibilmente gentile e benvenuto, sempre pronto ad aiutare con un sorriso. In generale, era una grande esperienza e mi sarei certamente tornato. Molto raccomandato!"

"Perhaps me and my families are one of the most frequently visitor of Santika Hotel around the country. From Bali, Malang, Yogya, Semarang. But Santika Batam is the worst service hotel I've ever had. FO officer name Artha acted like an amateur. Not only her face who rude but also very disspointing. I've been waiting more than half an hour w/o confirmation that our room was ready to use. She was very pasif to inform guest whether the room was ready though time for check-in already set. When I tried to ask how it should be, she answered with denial. Housekeeping still double checked. It's kind an insane manner. Duty manager Mr. Garry (Jerry) was willing to catch us, try to explained the standar service. He was offering complimentary transfer to harbour, the day after. But it never happened. What an insane service, I underwent at Santika Batam. One of the worst service I got so far. Don't know if the Management realize these experience."

"Booked Superior Queen Room with windows and requested high floor however receptionist gave me level 2 corner room with no window. Went back to the counter and request for change of room both receptionists expression knew they give me the wrong room and though I won’t be fussy about it. Their attitude and service was so bad. There is no mini fridge and hair dryer in the room too. The room is not soundproof can hear people talking at the lobby and loud closing door. But location was good. Very near Nagoya hill mall and other cafes. Affordable price too. Might consider book this hotel again if going back for short trip."

"Had a pleasant stay at this cozy apartment. Though there were a minor hiccup, overall the experience was enjoyable thanks to the warm and accommodating host. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short 1–2 night stay with friends if you just want to relax and nua. It also comes with a nice view — and if you’re lucky, you might even catch the sunrise to greet you. Highly recommend for a quick getaway! 🌅✨"

"La proprietà è abbastanza buona. Pro: (1) grande posizione (2) AC funziona bene (3) buona vista (4) comode cuscini e bianchetti Cons: (1) alcune parti di proprietà hanno bisogno di riparazione (2) auto check-in senza istruzioni date tramite app, messaggio o email (3) solo 1 carta di accesso"

"Location near batam center port walking distance like 15-20 mins. Room amenities provided as per advertised. Service quite nice can keep luggages if arrived too early however if there is option allow to have early check in will be much better but since room no availability so we only able to proceed check on after 2pm as advertised. Breakfast as usual, bread, coffee, mie and etc. maybe can improve the type of lighting from yellowish to more clear colour. Can get grab or gojek to travel arround.overall a night stay is comfortable."
