Hotel con parcheggio a Batam Kota

Talk about cleanliness a few spots need to give attention is the bathroom area ate the sink and floor got yellow stain,but overall in a good condition,thank you for make ours stay memorable! Definitely recommended and worth the money!

Saw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to. We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness. The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria. Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels. A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort. Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean. The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in. Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle. There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed. The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted. TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied. Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k. The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything. Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

feedback and update of our stay over the weekend. 1. The room was found to have ants on the TV console table 2. The kitchen tap will flow out water when its not touched, and have a loud sound(which happen during the night,out of random). Scares the hell out of us. 3. The washroom shower head was found to keep dripping water even after its off. 4. The air conditioner, switch on as it is. At night, it was found condensation and drip water, floor/mattress is wet. (Those who sleep at futon matress will be lightly affected). Kinda humid still, with the aircon is on. 5. The mineral water which was provided, 1 of the 3 bottle was found tampered. Side note, 6. The location is a good pit for staycaytion to chill(with pools) though a little off from the central, but still able to get thru grab(grab is cheap).

Ottimo soggiorno con grande ospite! Il letto era comodo e hanno fornito con attenzione dei bianchi. Quando l'appartamento era in check-in, era eccezionalmente pulito. L’ospite era molto comunicativo e sostenibile; quando si sono sollevati alcuni problemi minori, sono stati affrontati e risolti quasi immediatamente; era incredibilmente facile andare in giro con Grab, e ottenere il lavaggio attraverso il ricevitore era molto conveniente. In generale, una grande esperienza per i quattro di us altamente raccomandato!

Hotel di bilancio in mezzo alla bata. Forse 10-15 minuti di auto da terminale di traghetto di bata. Hotel di bilancio molto di base non si aspetta troppo. Vale il prezzo di 300k rupiah. La dimensione della camera è abbastanza per il prezzo, non troppo cramp.

Valore per soldi. Situato vicino al terminal ferroviario del Batam Centre. 5 minuti a piedi dal più recente One Batam Mall, alimenti e shopping e il più recente cinema (non ci sono bevande in bottiglia, inclusi i tuoi tumbler devono essere lasciati fuori.) Wi-Fi intermittente, la sfilata dei social media può essere leggermente interrotta. Il lavandino è proprio in giro. Unico egiziano ispirato il tema di deco esterno sul pavimento. Vecchio e grande hotel. Le statue possono darvi i creeps, ma ho scelto questo hotel proprio per il suo tema unico. (E ho visto il più recente rilascio di Lee Cronin - ”La Mummy”. Non sono uno per i film di terrore, ma perché no! YOLO! Il lato negativo è chiaro acqua piscina ha un sapore strano per la bocca quando nuotare. Nessuna cabina, nessun colazione, solo canali locali. Può essere popolare a causa dei prezzi economici e dei vacanzesti di lavoro dalla Malaysia e Singapore.

L'appartamento è situato nel centro della città. Oltre al porto internazionale di traghetto, quindi se si vuole attraversare a sg o a me, questa è la scelta giusta.

Small unit with 2 bedrooms, it’s a cheap place to stay.. checkin at 23:15 and checkout at 9:00 a short period for transition. beautiful view and good location. Small swimming pool

For 4 couples (8pax), this villa is great! We had 1 room each for 1 couple. The whole villa was clean. No flies/ants or any insects for that matter. Check-in and check-out was seamless. 1 water-heater in the room was out of order, but the recovery service was very fast and smooth! The technician was fast to install a new heater, kudos to him! Other appliances in the villa is in working order. On our previous stay, we had suggested to install fan in the living room which they did, thanks! But it will be nice also to install fans in the rooms as well, cause sometimes it could be humid and weather could be very very hot too. Overall - our stay in this villa is wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay, no complains!! Thanks!

Questa è la prima volta della nostra famiglia a Batam. La mia scelta hotel è molto corretta, la posizione dell'hotel è vicino alla ferry del centro Batam. L'hotel circostante è vicino ai ristoranti. Servizio amico del cliente. La madre della receptionista e il proprietario dell'hotel è molto amico del cliente. Prezzo a prezzi accessibili. Situato vicino al centro di Batam.
