I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The view from the balcony was great, and the location was very convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel demonstrated a keen attention to detail. They provided amenities like a Dyson hair dryer, and complimentary beer and soft drinks. Overall, an excellent experience. Thank you!

A great location and the staff were fantastic. We enjoyed the breakfast options and the room was very clean. We did a do not disturb for our room as we didn't need it cleaned daily, however they left extra towels and amenities at the door - nice touch. The only negative (and its a small one) is the beds and pillows were a bit firm. But that didn't take away from a great experience! Would stay again.

Room was a bit small but is very comfy. Very near to asakusa and Tokyo sky tree.

Traditional Japanese style. Clean and spacious. The restaurant at the 2nd floor is quite good with good food and friendly staff.

I like this place but it can be abit of a walk from main train stations like Ueno. Room is clean and bathroom spacious - however, this makes up for the smaller room size and you have to find ways to open your baggages. Recommend getting a bigger room than the Double type if you are travelling as 2 or more.

Love the design of the room. There's no view from our balcony. Was hoping to see the sky tree. Then again one thing I dislike is that the shower area is not fully covered, can see in from the outside but overall it was a enjoyable stay.

Very hospitable receptionist! Good if you enjoy a quiet time from the city life.

半露天風呂付きのお部屋にしてみました。 1人でゆっくりできる大きさの露天風呂で、とても気持ちよかったです。 特別広いというわけではありませんが洗面所やベッドも綺麗でした。

榻榻米的床型，衞生很一般，廁所很矮 衹能蹲着洗。但是對於東京來説，這個價格真的很划算了！位置挺方便的離地鐵站近，周圍安靜安全！適合親子出遊

房間內部空間非常滿意舒適。除了離地鐵站有段距離外。其餘我覺得都很不錯。飯店大廳有提供免費的咖啡和果汁飲料。非常貼心！ 電梯也設計爲刷卡制度。讓人感到安心。 泡湯的設計非常棒！陽台也很舒服。 是會願意再次入住的旅館！

テラスからスカイタワーの夜景が見れてめちゃくちゃロケーションが良かった。サービスもよかった。トイレバスが別になってる部屋でよかったが、バスタブはなく、シャワー室と半露天風呂になっていた。半露天風呂はお湯の溜まりがよくなかったので蛇口を改善して欲しいと思った。 洗面台とトイレが一緒の部屋になっていて扉のロックが独特で最初はロックの仕方がわからなかった。布団は清潔だったけれど虫がいたので少しがっかりでした。 総合的な満足度は高いです。
