When I went to make a reservation at the Llao Llao, I could have easly chosen a more expensive room in the newer Moreno wing. But the hotel website made it look as if the older Bustillo rooms had the same nice lake view as the Moreno rooms, so it didn't seem worth the extra price. But the room that we were given, on the fourth floor of the Bustillo building, was small, dark and extrmely depressing, with a tiny view of the lake through a dormer window that one could only see standing up. As it rained for most of our stay, we had no choice but to spend a lot of time in the room, which was really dismal. The bathroom was also particularly ancient, and the bed was not comfortable. The location of the Llao Llao is certainly dramatic, and the indoor/outdoor pool in particular is wonderful. I'm sure that the hotel is a lot nicer in good weather. But it's inconceivable that this could be considered a five-star hotel, considering the dreary state of the room that we were given.

Molto bel posto a Bariloche a 13 k dal centro e a 7 km dall'aeroporto è stato il nostro abitazione in questo bel posto.È un complesso molto bello alle rive del lago Nahuel Haupi;con splendide viste sulle montagne.Il complesso è molto moderno e le strutture molto Comforte e accoglienti. Hanno smentite accettabili.Sono Spart hotel dove si può cucinare e passare i giorni in questo luogo ammirando il paesaggio.Fa molto caldo hanno la lassa radiante; porta vestiti leggeri per questa nelle strutture. Il servizio di pulizia lo copre separatamente e tutto quello che hai bisogno è portarlo dal centro, a meno che non si va in auto in questo posto è consigliabile in questo caso, ma non è adatto a te; in questo lontano da tutto.Io consiglierei un paio di cose come la riparazione delle strade del complesso e delle vicinanze, perché sono molto danneggiati per circolare.In riferimento ai separati dovrebbero rimettere almeno il PH del bagno al giorno e migliorare le coperte perché non si può nemmeno pelliccare una mela con ciò che ti lasciano nell'appartamento (non hanno nemmeno filo).Il personale adeguato;le ragazze del colazione un po' stanche sempre;senza molta simpatia si notano problemi interni di funzionamento.Il colazione corretto ripetuto; Se rimani molti giorni non ti consiglio di farlo è meglio prepararti nell'appartamento stesso.Il wifi un po ' lento per momenti.Tienrn piscina esterna solo stagionale.È ideale il posto se vai in macchina.Ogni appartamento ha il suo proprietario e dipende da chi sei i diversi. servizi del posto come per esempio mobili da giardino non tutti gli apatmrt hanno.La sicurezza è buona ma un po ' noiosa;poiché ogni volta che lasciate il complesso, la valigia del vostro auto; sembra eccessiva.Il posto è molto consigliabile ; Il nostro era vista sul lago molto piacevole sentire il rumore dell'acqua nelle notti.Raccomandabile.

5/5. Hard product - rustic but clean and organized. Plenty of space and amazing views. Had room 5. 2 beds. They were a bit narrow and on the medium firm/soft side but got the job done (we prefer extra extra firm). Lobby and dining great. Soft product - everyone is very kind and helpful. You’ll feel like you’re visiting a friend’s cabin. Helped us book tours in the area. Gave great recommendations for food. Note - we stayed at the Llao Llao and much prefer Aldebaran. The food, service, and quality are much better here.
