Hotels con Colazione a Barentin

I have stayed here many times without a problem but this time it was different. I arrived around 7.30 pm and the room was as expected. Clean and all ok although most of the tv channels weren't working (although not a problem for me). Went out for dinner and returned around 9.30pm to find reception and bar closed so was unable to take advantage of the free drink . There was a displayed note to say that reception closes at 9.00pm but this wasn't visible when I arrived. At no time when booking or on the website does it state that this hotel is not manned 24/7. A similar thing happened in August 2021 when I arrived at midnight to find the hotel locked with a message to ring a Paris number to get access but there were no towels in the room. Lucky I had a working telephone. This time I arrived at breakfast at 9.00 am (!0.00 finish) to find the hot food (scrambled egg and bacon) cold and congealed with no possibility of getting some more. Plates and cutlery was non-existent and the orange juice machine didn't work and the 2 ”15” year old girls didn't seem to have any idea what to do. I'm in France for 3 months of the year and sometimes Barentin is the ideal location for me but I won't be staying there again. I still like Ibis Styles and will probably use one in Rouen next time.

I traveled to Normandy to work in the area for 35 days, staying at the Campanile was an enjoyable part of the time in France. The staff were fantastic, everyone welcomed me like family and we all enjoyed the daily French/English lessons. My work schedule only allowed a few opportunities to eat dinner at Le Restaurant but those occasions were fabulous. The petit-dejeuner (breakfast) was always wonderful traditional French fare. Although this is an older motel the housekeeping is very good and my room was always clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to other colleagues and I will definitely stay here again if I get the opportunity.

Buon hotel a basso prezzo, è molto pulito! Per ottimizzare al meglio le camere come l'aggiunta di mobili di ricambio e il miglioramento dei menuggieri ( molti venti si infiltrano nelle camere , così si sentono facilmente soffocamento quando il vento leggero )
