Casagrand Luxury Suites

Very spacious apartment and fully equipped; great base for exploring Barcelona. We had 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms for a family 6 (two kids and my husband and my parents); it can easily fit another 2-4 people. We booked “ private chief” service through the hotel website( external provider) it was the high light of our trip. The chief Betsy threw us a superb dinner and with lovely atmosphere. A little hiccup at check out thought. We requested late check out the day before and the lady at the reception checked the arrival time of next booking and advised it should be okay with time and we could stay till 2 pm. In the morning when we re-confirm it with the reception Chris; we were told otherwise. He expressed the difficulty to have the apartment till 2 pm and said it had to be 1 pm. It was disappointing and inconvenient ( with two kids and two elderly) but we agreed to that and also told there would be extra 50 euro for late check out. However the lift was stuck and it took us 20 mins to come down with suitcases (without help) at 13:20 (20 mins later than we agreed) and we then had to pay 100 euro (the receptionist Chris claimed it was 50 euro per hour!). It was fair enough if it was communicated clearly before we made our arrangements but it WAs NoT. And what we are most unhappy about is the attitude of the staff Chris. He was unfriendly, cold and unhelpful; he could make better efforts in communication and instead of being rude.

Il soggiorno fantastico non può criticare l'hotel e il suo personale. La posizione era a poca distanza a piedi dalla maggior parte delle cose. Camere pulite e ordinate. Il personale è molto attento, niente è un problema. Ci tornerei sicuramente quando a Barcellona

Io e la mia famiglia siamo andati a Barcellona per le vacanze. Questo era il nostro primo viaggio lì e non avevamo idea di dove alloggiare. Dato che viaggiavamo con la famiglia (6-7), avevamo bisogno di un luogo ampio. Abbiamo scelto Casagrand Luxury Suites e non siamo rimasti delusi! Questo posto è in un'ottima posizione e gli appartamenti sono molto spaziosi e puliti. Inoltre, il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile e ci ha assistito quotidianamente con servizi di taxi, consigli sui ristoranti, ecc. Se viaggiate a Barcellona con un gruppo numeroso, consiglio vivamente questo posto!

Excellent appartment. Very big spacious and everything we required. Staff extremely helpful and willing to help and assist with all our requests. Great place to explore from and get home to relax. Very comfortable and well furnished. Would certainly return and recommend.

Excellent stay. Super helpful staff. German(I think) at the front desk helped us out with cab when we had to leave. Rest of the staff was very helpful too. Would stay here without a second thought. Kids loved it too!! Very safe place, excellent views.

Our family rendezvoused at Casagrand from countries around the world for a wonderful trip! It was complex as our luggage was lost and flight home canceled yet the fantastic Chris and team there helped to accommodate us flexibly! They managed to be polite and worked with us even when in the emotionally charged led up to the visit! The beds were comfortable, the space accommodated our large family with space for everyone. The chef they recommended provided a fantastic holiday meal for our family. Know that they can take your luggage and hold it if you need to arrive early or leave late. Yet, they are busy and it may not be easy to check-in to the room early or leave it late - just like anywhere else - but they really work hard to help! Absolutely looking forward to returning there!

We had a wonderful stay at Casagrand! The bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen well equipped, and the living room was perfect to hang out it as a group of friends. The suite was exactly as depicted and the location great. Highly recommend!
