SSagar DodejaSiamo diventati membri di Hyatt e abbiamo dovuto chiamare così tante volte solo due bottiglie d'acqua.
Inoltre, sono stati 20 giorni e non hanno ancora rilasciato il deposito di sicurezza. Ovunque abbiamo fatto il nostro viaggio negli Stati Uniti, il deposito di sicurezza è stato rilasciato lo stesso giorno di checkout. Li abbiamo chiamati tante volte, dicevano che l'abbiamo sbloccato, ma che ancora mostra in attesa nella nostra carta di credito.
Poi abbiamo visto molte recensioni di Google che questo è un problema comune di Hyatt Place a Anaheim.
Cercheremo di evitare di rimanere qui la prossima volta.

黄黄羽开Il servizio dell'hotel è in generale molto buono. E'molto vicino a Disney, molto conveniente, può andare. Tre giorni in connessione a Disney, andare a piedi e tornare a piedi e tornare, e'bene. UUtente ospiteLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

UUtente ospiteLocation is great, safe neighborhood. Traveled for a concert at the Honda center and was able to get there in 5 minutes with little traffic or difficulties. Hotel has great atmosphere, want to keep booking there. Cleanliness of room was not the best. Side table had pen doodles. Fixture in bathroom was broken. There was trash in different areas from previous visitors. Pee stains on bathroom wall and other stains around the furniture.

드드라이어Very clean. And 10mints to go to the Disney by walk. Many people walk. After fireworks many people go along the street together so it is feel safe. There was ice machine every floor. I fill my bottle with ice. It was very helpful. It is in so room door is espoused out there so A little noisy. If I go Disney again, then I will visit this hotel again. Reasonable price and good to sleep. You can use pool early in the morning.

Staff were very accommodating, facility was clean, easy check-in/out process, very close to lots of food and attractions. 10 minutes from downtown Disney.. it was wonderful. The options/quality of the breakfast buffet wasn’t great but it was convenient for our group. Would absolutely come back again!

MMARK1972酒店位置很好，辦理入住的姐姐很熱情，還親自出來幫我們寄存行李，帶我們去吃早餐，酒店有特別通道提前半小時入園，位置就在游泳池邊上，房間很小，洗手間很小，酒店設施很舊，洗澡水流很小，也就是快捷酒店水平，是我們住過最差的迪斯尼酒店，下午三點以後才能拿到入住的門卡，停車費六十多美金一天，有代客泊車，服務很好，也很方便，總體來講，如果過來玩住在這裏那是絕對方便，但是設施肯定是差強人意，不值這個價錢，早餐一位加税六十多美金，沒有幾樣吃的，就是那種典型的白人餐，還要付款小費。還有我都離店了結帳了，酒店又兩次刷了我的信用卡，不過兩次都沒有成功，我發現以後把這張卡凍結了，不清楚什麼原因，而且是在半夜的時候，大家要注意！

MMr TongThe location of hotel is not bad, if you take ART bus , only 10 mins and 1 stop to Disneyland park. however, the time is not accuracy. Always is not following the schedule at its app. Crazy for me.
If you wanna walk to Disney downtown, you need to spend 20-25 mins but easy to access.
Breakfast is the same every morning, no change. Basic food. But good for written down the Kcal for food. 😄
No hot water to be provided even restaurant or room.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è stato a pochi passi dall'ingresso alla Disneyland e alla California Adventure. Il check-in è stato molto veloce e il personale è stato incredibilmente utile e amichevole. Il parcheggio era un'ulteriore, ma non un'operazione, anche se altri hotel sul blocco offrono parcheggio gratuito. Garantiscono un posto per ogni camera, quindi è utile. Dopo il parcheggio, il personale ci ha contattato per trasferire il nostro camion in un luogo più grande dove sarebbe più sicuro, molto bel toccamento! La stanza era pulita e facile da accedere da scale o ascensore. Lo spazio comune per la stanza e il bagno erano molto piccole, ma conveniente. Il tipo di caffè e il tè e il caffè sono forniti nella stanza insieme a un mini frigo e microonde in ordine di lavoro. Letto e le mutande erano confortevoli. Certamente prenoterei di nuovo, soprattutto al tasso che abbiamo ottenuto in viaggio.

LLakwtseraL'hotel è un po' vecchio, ma mi piace la struttura, perché è una suite. La posizione non è lontana da Disneyland.
Ogni giorno dopo, ho dovuto aspettare che la porta fosse uscita, e poi abbiamo dovuto andare.per.le.per pulire la porta, non l'hanno pulita persino allora, non l'hanno pulita per la norma. Non ci dà anche 4.towels come quello che ho prenotato. Vogliono che chiamiamo il desktop e non si fa male to.del8ver. Penso solo che sia ridicolo quando la housekeeping itself.reuse dare un'ulteriore.
Ho solo went.t9 un colazione una volta. Sembra che abbiano sempre lo stesso menu ogni giorno.
In generale, non è così male, ma se migliorano il servizio, sarebbe un ottimo hotel.
