SShania AnrieWe stayed here or 4 nights during our Disneyland and Disney California Adventure trip, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, everything was seamless.
The reception staff were consistently helpful, insightful, and clearly experts in what they do, you can tell they take pride in their work. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained. A complimentary breakfast is provided daily. While the breakfast wasn’t quite to my personal taste, I recognize that’s a matter of preference.
Our room was fully equipped with a microwave, mini refrigerator, and even a bathtub. The air conditioning and heating worked perfectly together, and we enjoyed a lovely view of the city. It truly felt like a home away from home.
We’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, and this is easily one of the best. We will absolutely be returning on our next visit.

Jjoyceswy🏰 Ideal Spot for a Disneyland Visit
We stayed here during our Disneyland trip and found it to be a great choice for the occasion. The hotel is within walking distance to both Disneyland and Disney Downtown, which made getting around super convenient.
🍽️ The room was equipped with a microwave—a nice touch for quick meals or snacks. Everything else was quite standard, nothing fancy, but it had what we needed for a comfortable stay.
🛍️ There are pharmacies and other shops nearby, so essentials are easy to grab. If you're coming for Disney, this place is definitely worth considering.
👍 Overall: Simple, practical, and well-located for Disney-goers.

UUtente ospiteLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

YYukaaa26Ho avuto una grande e speciale esperienza in questo hotel. Ci siamo trasferiti qui per due notti per il mio compleanno. Arriviamo all'hotel presto al mattino e un personale hotelico molto amichevole e gentile mi ha salutato in giapponese e mi ha lasciato controllare immediatamente. Inoltre, hanno migliorato la nostra stanza. La prima notte, quando sono tornato da Disney e sono entrato nella stanza, c'era una borsa di carta e una lettera. Inside era un regalo Disney dall'hotel. Ero davvero spostato e molto felice. Non ho avuto il tempo di ringraziare personalmente il personale dell'hotel, ma lo apprezzo davvero. Grazie per avermi dato una splendida esperienza!

部屋は広くて清潔でしたし、ディズニーランドの花火も部屋から見ることが出来ました。
外の廊下を歩く人の声が良く聞こえますが、夜中に出歩く人はいなかったので全く気になりませんでした。
また泊まりたいと思います。

Sembra che ci siano molti giapponesi che rimangono, quindi mi ho dato una guida giapponese alla reception.Penso che sia un buon impiegato.La stanza è fredda, ma posso prendere in prestito una scatola.La colazione è molto soddisfatta, con yogurt, pane e frutta.

UUtente ospiteHello we arrived earlier than our time and Alexa was very thoughtful and helpful! Our ac unit was not working and we were moved to a bigger room without any extra charges and the ac unit worked well and kept us cool which was a relief because the weather was in the 100s which is very unusual. The complaint I have is the hotel is a bit run down and one of the guest was smoking *** because you could smell it throughout the hallway. I would possibly stay at portofino again but it really needs a renovation staff is very friendly and helpful no complaint with staff!
