I was staying with my family during this trip, overall the experience during the stay was good.
1. The cleanliness of the facilities was great.
2. The hotel do have few restaurants to choose from to eat for convenience.
3. There are lacking of amenities provided which suggest to provide cotton slippers for guest because elderly may feels abit too cold on their feet when stepping on tile floor surface in air conditioned room.

SSyafinaz ShahL'hotel è perfetto, e ho ricevuto un servizio inaspettato dal personale, soprattutto durante il colazione, quando il manager e il personale mi hanno visto cercare di prendere qualcosa di cibo, con il mio bambino in mano, mi hanno offerto di aiutarmi a portare il mio cibo e servirlo sulla mia tavola. Raramente in qualsiasi altro hotel che ho ricevuto questo tipo di offerta. Le condizioni dell'hotel sono perfette, l'odore è così buono ovunque nell'hotel. Piscina, parcheggio, può chiedere canzone in lobby dal cantante vivo, ha giochi di pingpong vicino alla piscina. Tutto è perfetto.

AAleks MAlthough the apartments are generally excellent, with a great location and stunning views from both the window and the pool, the main issue is the deposit. While they offer the option to pay it either in cash or by card, getting a refund for the card payment can be uncertain. It’s been almost a month for me, and they keep making excuses without returning the money. I’m not saying it’s an intentional scam, but if I had known about these deposit issues, I would have looked for other apartments in this building.

YYong Kian GohThis is my second time here, compared to last time, we have a bad experience this time due to Raya festival season, too many people and too crowded.
we got the check in our room at 5pm, and buggy car take more time than usual.
But of course i know this is long holiday and festival season, so well we are not going to complaint anything. But i will avoid to come here when long holidays.
Overall is good, very good.
Resort, restaurants, splash water park, Dino park, snow world, all good!

Was great! Not very crowded and easy car parking
ROOM :-
We requester the rooms with the glass window bathroom but got it a normal one , but it's okay we were just fine with it. However we book a deluxe king which was not the same as the picture shown online , bed setting was totally different but it's okay.
STAFF :-
They were just okay. The guy receptionist which worked when on the evening shift during was very friendly and we loved his service.
LIFT :-
It will be great if you can take note about the lift , cause everytime it stops at any floor it make some sort of sound and movement which made us thought the first time lift has stopped and we're stuck in it but it was just how its stopped to open up 😅
OVERALL :-
The 3 days and 2 night stay was just fine.

È facile ottenere cibo intorno come ci sono un KK Mart accanto all'hotel e ci sono un 24Hr Mamak Restaurant come cibo non è un problema.

MMNS_96Overall for me okay. Cuma yang menjadi kurang okay mula jam 4 pagi bunyi mcm dlm bideo dekat bawah ni. Sampailah ke pagi. Stay dekat 3rd floor. Banyak kali terjaga sebab benda ni. Not stop dekat situ je, pukul 5-6 pagi pulak dengar lagu cabilla cabillo dengan adele nak tido tapi telayan dengan lagu jadi malas nak gerak siot 😂

IIzz TanPosizione: dalla strada principale a Lilla Rainforest Retreat 2km.Jalan La persona che voglio arrivare è un po' cattiva. Alla fine è proprio. L'ho appena trovata. La notte, se vuoi andare a mangiare, devi andare e tornare.. Ho entrato non c'è ristorante.
Check in : 3pm - receptionist ok pronto per mostrar dove è la stanza.
Camera : La camera familiare è spaziosa e confortevole. Ci sono fan e aria condizionata nella sala soggiorno e ogni camera. La camera 1 ha 1 letto regina e 1 letto singolo. La camera 2 ha 2 letti singoli. La camera da letto è anche spaziosa. Se portate un letto otto/vento, potete far dormire molte persone di nuovo.C'è una tavola da pranzo con quattro sedie.
Bagno: grande .. solo l'acqua è molto lenta. Questo deve essere paziente ..
Ada : toaletta,Ubat gigi,copi seger,gula,cawan,aereo minerale kecil & cerek elettricità.
No: TV, gelatina, telefono e Internet.
Quindi non posso davvero chiamare, cosasapp, guardare i social media e qualsiasi cosa necessiti di dati mobili. La direzione del qiblo non è nella stanza, quindi devi chiedere anche al ricevitore.
Wifi: c'è solo nell'albergo.
Piscina: Grande e ci sono 2 scivoli. È acqua che viene dal fiume. Super cool.. si può fare una doccia dal mattino alla notte. Ci sono luci alla notte. Se non si vuole fare un bagno nella piscina, si può fare una doccia al fiume. Guardate anche il posto... perche' ci sono roccia, giusto?
Atmosfera: fredda, tranquilla e tranquilla.perché non posso usare il telefono, quindi è davvero guarita con la natura solo 🌸 può sentire il suono del fiume che fluisce dalla stanza.
BBQ: Sì, ma c'è un onere per bbq pit. Devi preparare il tuo altro.
Sarapan : 8-10 pagine saaja di hall utama (sebelah piscina)
