Fantastico
UUtente ospiteHo avuto una bella esperienza in questo hotel. La stanza era pulita e la posizione è buona. Ma la cosa più importante è il personale. Tutti sono così amichevoli e sempre pronti a aiutarti. Sempre sorridente. Vorrei citare Vanessa, Lucas, Thomas e Concierge capo Moo Thaw per il loro eccellente servizio. Vorrei che tutti di loro un grande futuro nella loro carriera. Grazie. 😊

PPomPom0It was a great stay. Staffs are polite and helpful. A male receptionist and a woman Housekeeping attendant at 16th floor were particularly helpful during my stay. The Pool is beautiful and I was actually amazed that they built a very deep pool for a hotel (1.9 m). My feet barely touched the pool ground, but they did have the fitness trainer who watched out for the deep pool. The room is okay, but I feel like it’s a bit small. Don’t get me wrong, they already are among the widest rooms in Yangon, yet the room I got had very tight entrance. The bathroom is separated with toilet and shower and bathtub. TV is rather small, I expected to have a more updated smart TV in this kind of hotel.
The only thing I wasn’t satisfied was Breakfast. Yes, they did have variety of selections but the tastes were blend and honestly, I didn’t like their food menus.
Overall, it was pretty decent memory to stay at Melia.

JJC SYHotel Room are nice and clean, however the elevator smells like someone was smoking. I booked for 2 person, however, during breakfast, I was approached to be inform that my companion is not registered and not entitled for the breakfast, eventually, front desk settled the issue.

UUtente ospiteIt is not quite easy to put a fair review for this hotel. At a very first glance, with the ongoing political unrest in Myanmar, the effort to reopen the hotel and rehire all the staff deserve a great compliment.
Nonetheless, the shortfall in service and amenities should not be compromised with the situation and some area such as cleanliness should not fall short especially when the hotel priced themselves at the highest in the city.
The management should really consider to focus on guests service and sincere hospitality and that they can have customers who are willing to pay at any price rather that worked any way possible to cut the cost and let the staff to deal with insufficient amenities and services.

IIsfp-Solo TravelerTutto era buono 👌👌👌😍💙...L'unico svantaggio era che si poteva sentire troppo lazy per uscire o vedere la vista perché la stanza dell'hotel era molto comoda, ed era estremamente caldo fuori 😅 - Si poteva semplicemente rimanere nella tua stanza, godere della vista, andare a nuotare, o di avere un giorno di spa...
Il buffet del colazione aveva molte opzioni, e hanno anche cambiato alcuni dei piatti il giorno dopo. Il mio preferito era la saunait era davvero buona. Mi piaceva anche la doccia calda, perché non si è resa fredda anche dopo aver fatto uso per molto tempo 😍
I massaggi erano grandi, e i prezzi erano ragionevoli.... Il personale era molto utile e gentile... Ci sono stati occasionali interruzioni di potenza, ma hanno durato solo pochi secondi dal momento che il potere di riserva dell’hotel è stato immediatamente sbattuto...
+ Anche se è un po' lontano dai luoghi turistici, si può prendere una Grabit's conveniente e la migliore opzione, dal momento che si sta davvero riscaldando durante il giorno....

CCC TourWarning: Major language barriers and smoking issues at this new hotel
While this is a newly built hotel, I was shocked by the lack of English proficiency at a 5-star establishment in Yangon. The front desk staff spoke only Mandarin and Burnmese. Ironically, the IT technician was the only person who understood a bit of English, which was the only redeeming factor regarding communication.
Key issues for international travelers:
Language Barrier: Do not expect to use English with the reception; it is primarily a Mandarin-speaking environment.
Smoking Regulation: Despite ”No Smoking” signs in the lobby lounge, guests were smoking openly on the coffee tables. I also encountered guests smoking in the hallways and elevator lobbies on the guest floors. It felt as though I was in China rather than Myanmar.
Dining: The breakfast buffet is strictly Chinese-style. There were no Burmese food or drink options available at all.
Room Condition: My room had a persistent smell of smoke and was full of mosquitoes. This is likely because housekeeping leaves the doors wide open during cleaning.

La vista del cortile e della piscina dalla sala colazione mi ha fatto dimenticare che ero in Myanmar e ho potuto godermi un momento di relax.
Tuttavia, forse perché aveva appena riaperto o perché gli ospiti erano pochi, la colazione era scarsa e scarsa, alcuni prodotti erano usati il giorno prima e non erano buonissimi.
Sono rimasto molto deluso perché il voto sarebbe stato dimezzato se il livello della colazione fosse stato basso in un hotel a 5 stelle.
Spero che verrà migliorato in futuro.

00519青旅在老城區，離中央火車站不遠，一樓大廳，住宿在二樓和三樓，床單一客一換，房間有桌子，衹是窗户缺乏維護，關不上。前台有一位會點中文的男孩很好。工作人員衹會當地語，交流不暢，退房時前台還要我付最後一天房費，我已付，他説沒收到，幸虧會點中文的男孩出來證實我已付清房款。
