UUtente ospiteIl posto favoloso vicino alla cattedrale è così bello e si raccomanda di avere un balcone davanti alla cattedrale. Il personale è andato sopra e oltre per rendere la pausa perfetta (per prenotare un ristorante per noi per parcheggio valet e essere semplicemente amichevole e utile)Abbiamo sepolto champagne davanti al ristorante dell'hotel fuori con una goccia posteriore della cattedrale. Devo solo menzionare anche il delizioso colazione.

Hhuangke123La coppia si auto-conduce, l'hotel di catena del parcheggio è a dodici minuti da Lans.Molto nuovo, la stanza è molto vasta, ha una macchina da caffè gratuita 24 ore e acqua calda.Isolazione sono buoni, il cameriere è entusiasta e molto soddisfatto per un soggiorno notturno.La TV ha BBC English station.

Aalex.gavWe had a great stay! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was great, and the huge TV let us watch our favourite YouTube videos and Netflix movies. I absolutely adore the scent of the liquid soap and washing gel! Despite being close to the motorway, it was really quiet. The only downside was some noise from the room above us. Holiday Inn by IHG doesn’t disappoint — it’s my favourite hotel chain!

CChiuThe hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours.
The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch.
That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

UUtente ospiteDo consider staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Reims with a car. With a 7-minute drive from the city center, you get a more spacious room with facilities much more than a 3-star. We couldn’t manage to arrive on time for check-in, but they have kindly found out an alternative to work it out. Attached photo displays the outdoor patio to our room!

YYong PhilipBen situato lungo la strada principale a Reims. Bella camera con balcone, quasi come la bella donna balcone che guarda le attività stradali. La camera è grande per il prezzo e proprio sotto l'hotel è un ristorante che serve buon cibo. Il personale è generalmente utile e amichevole. Se soggiorna più di una notte, ricordate di mettere il sigillo della stanza pulita.

Mmiss banzaiGreat hotel when you are on a short trip. Room are clean and nice, a bit old. There is a restaurant in the lobby, it has quite a warm atmosphere and game area to network or have fun. There is also a shop with all the specialities of the region, like champagne. Totally happy with my stay, can recommend it.
