這真是一家帶給我驚喜的寶藏酒店 首先酒店的地理位置就在西施故里的景區裏，且是景區裏唯一的一家酒店，大堂還能直通遊客中心。 服務：酒店很貼心的送了歡迎水果還有伴手禮茶葉，不僅如此，晚上還送來了夜宵，真的有被暖温暖到！早餐種類非常豐富，不僅有當地特色次塢打麪，咖啡機裏有各種咖啡可選甚至還有巧克力牛奶等等，關鍵連糖度都能選，真的好棒棒！工作人員也都很熱情～ 環境：酒店內部就有亭台樓閣，小橋流水，像是一個大宅子一般掛滿燈籠，甚是好看！從餐廳可以直接進到景區內，景區雖然不大，但非常精緻尤其夜景真的好漂亮，晚上8點天氣好的情況下還能免費看水上演出～旁邊的一尺花園咖啡店雕樓畫棟也是美翻了，總之，一定要親子走一走！ 衞生：房間很大也非常乾淨，床品也是香香的，就是枕頭對我來説有點高。 設施：其他都還行，就是馬桶蓋如果能換上可加熱自動沖水的就更好了。 總的來説是一家非常有性價比的酒店，週末親子過來度個小假真的很適合，推薦入住喲～

想去走馬崗徒步所以選擇了這家酒店意外地很不錯酒店是新開業沒多久的原身是一個學校改造成了酒店還有一個展廳講述了它的發展史很有情懷設施各方面都很不錯早餐還挺豐盛的開車去走馬崗差不多是35分鐘左右的車程以後有機會還會再來住一次

Everything are good in this hotel , we have 2 room feels very good at all. But the guy in the gym is so mean, to my 17 and 18 years old kids, he came up to them for no reason, make them feel they are stranger not in hotel guest, ask them ” what are you doing here ? ? He is so rude and less educated , this is reason i give 1 star, pls ask him do not scare in house guest if they looks young enough!!!

The resort’s cozy yet elegantly designed rooms [Tree top rooms and RVs] provided a haven of relaxation, with large windows framing the serene bamboo forest. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional care from the housekeeping team. A special shoutout to Xiao Luo, whose attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely pampered. From thoughtfully sharing local tips, her dedication embodied the resort’s commitment to hospitality. As a pet owner, I was thrilled by the resort’s pet-friendly ethos. Our furry companion was welcomed with treats, a comfy bed, and even a playful toy! Beyond that, the resort curated delightful activities: guided hikes through misty trails, flower-picking in sun-dappled meadows, and complimentary photo shoots at scenic hilltop vistas. The photographers expertly captured the beauty of the landscape, leaving us with timeless memories. This resort is a gem for those seeking solace in nature without sacrificing comfort. Whether you’re hiking through bamboo forests, bonding over a sunset barbecue, or simply unwinding to the symphony of rustling leaves, every moment feels thoughtfully crafted. 每次回諸暨在之前一直在希爾頓，想想這次回去打卡下雲滿居，剛剛退房的，有一説一，供大家參考： 1. 酒店的整體環境不錯，酒店的園林景觀，造景還是相當在線的，看得出用心打造，審美藝術品味均在線。酒店客房雖然裝修簡單但不單調，材料、用品也都不錯，洗漱品看不出什麼品牌的，比較一般，吹風機是仿戴森的，馬桶是科勒智能的，台盆和龍頭應該是其他一般品牌。入住的期間剛好下雨，空氣比較好，春季綠意盎然。可以放鬆放鬆 2. 挺好的環境和硬件設施偏偏就敗在服務上：這個酒店的運營服務有種打腫臉充胖子的感覺，看上去什麼都有很闊錯，但是拿出來的東西或許一堆是你不需要的，而你需要的恰好她不肯給。1）入住已經晚上7點，前台電話打了30分鐘才打通，想要個乳膠枕，沒有。2）早餐是配置好的一人一份，沒有可以選擇的，半根玉米一個水煮蛋一塊蛋糕，幾塊西瓜，一碗銀耳，一碗打麪，銀耳羹煮的不錯，因為我不吃蛋糕不吃水果的，所以提出想要再來一碗銀耳羹，回覆是沒有了，我的就餐時間是早上8點前，要麼大概就熬了2碗。3）問起我的房間為什麼沒有浴袍，回覆：要價位高的房型才配有浴袍（我攜程訂的讀雲房，給我升級了個讀雲陽台房），真是醉翻天了，這是第一次聽説酒店配置個浴袍還要看房價高低。4）房間內據説第一輪迷你吧免費（一個柚子汁一個元氣什麼水還有2瓶250Ml的百歲山礦泉水），小半桶薯片，2包三衹松鼠的每日堅果，還有茶包和掛耳咖啡之類的。（沒有膠囊咖啡機的），額外還有一瓶大瓶裝的1L左右的百歲山礦泉水。喝完這些礦泉水以後再要，酒店説礦泉水要收費，普通礦泉水而已，有必要嗎？ 3. 另外酒店大堂有塊牌子：大概意思是説酒店區域是給人來消費的，那你不消費就別來這裏溜達的意思。哎…藝術家都這麼小心眼嗎？ 昨晚本來預訂了清明假期約朋友一起來在小住幾日的，現在瞬間覺得還是希爾頓或者芳草地吧，至少人家服務水準在哪，也不會為哪幾瓶礦泉水跟你急眼。很多酒店走的時候還主動送礦泉水呢，進門有熱茶出門有遞水，你們要這麼高冷嗎？
