UUtente ospiteMy first review on Trip and I don't usually bother to write reviews - shows you how much the hotel impressed me. We stayed for 1 night in Capella Sydney as a family of 3.
The hotel facilities were absolutely amazing, decor was gorgeous and food options at Aperture and Brasserie were awesome. However, I won't dwell on these too much as I'm sure when you booked into a Capella brand hotel, you will already assume this as a given right? One highlight in terms of facilities though, was The Living Room, which is assessible to all guests staying in the hotel. It had beverages, snacks, comfy sofas and 6 star service. We spent so much time there chilling with our son and in the end it really became ”our living room”.
Enough of that, let me move on to the service which blew our minds. I'll give you a few examples and hopefully you can see why I feel it would be criminal for me not to write a review.
1. On arrival when we got out of our car and the porters were helping us with our luggage, somehow they addressed me by name. Maybe it's because they saw I had a 2 year old and I was the only guest checking in that day with a small child. Still, I was super impressed. I've only experienced this previously at Aman hotels.
2. Upon checking in, Sophie (I hope I got your name right!) was super helpful and cheerful. When she saw my young son, she also proactively asked if we needed a later check out and if our son needed to nap. She immediately offered to give us 2pm late check out. However, having told her our son actually takes his nap at 2pm, she told us to come back and check with the front desk the next day and they can extend it till 4pm. Remember, I didn't request this, she did this completely out of her own initiative.
3. We didn't book dinner and Sophie referred us to Madiha of the Cultural team. Madiha took note of all our requirements, including the need for the restaurant to be 2 year old friendly, and within 15 mins emailed me a full list of restaurants and their menus for me to choose from while she also served us drinks and snacks at the living room. We eventually picked an Italian restaurant and she made the reservation for us. Fyi, it was scrumptious.
4. After breakfast, we were walking around the lobby and my son walked past the cakeshop and saw a raspberry tart. He really wanted it but I told him we just had breakfast. Ton (?)(I hope I got your name right, the Thai gentleman with a love for cars), the manager came up and said ”you can have the tart for free! It's on the house!”. I was stunned. He also spent so much time talking to my son and showing him pictures of cars, unbelievable.
Shout out also to Matthew (uncle Hao Jun) for being so warm and hospitable to us. Honestly we were feeling so sad leaving the hotel as everyone felt like friends and family to us. One thing is for sure though, we will be back. Absolutely flawless service, kudos to the Capella Sydney team!

UUtente ospiteHo soggiornato una notte a Sydney Central YHA con un amico questa volta. In realtà sono rimasto qui qualche volta prima, sia in dormitori condivisi che in camere private.
Questa volta abbiamo prenotato una camera privata, e la camera era molto spaziosa, e la camera era accessibile, quindi si sentiva ancora più grande di quanto fosse normale, che era un buon bonus.
La posizione è molto conveniente, molto facile da raggiungere.
La camera stessa era piuttosto basilare in termini di pulizia, non male, ma non senza spot. Bene per un breve soggiorno se dovete dormire.
Una coppia di piccole cose: la finestra era molto piccola, e si può sentire il rumore dalle camere vicine molto facilmente, quindi non è il più forte.
Una cosa che mi piaceva è che hanno aggiornato la TV. Ora è più grande e si può collegare a Wi-Fi per trasmettere le vostre cose, che è davvero utile.
In generale, è una scelta pratica e conveniente per un breve soggiorno.

PPAY ME SORT IT FOR YAArriviamo all'hotel in prima sera, ma a causa di un ritardo, l'iscrizione non è stata possibile fino alle 6:00. Quello che ci ha colpito è che poco dopo che siamo finalmente entrati nella nostra stanza, il manager ha chiesto personalmente scusa e ha offerto un generoso sconto per il soggiorno di quella notte.
La maggior parte del personale che abbiamo incontrato era gentile, ci ha salutati caldamente e ci ha offerto sorriso professionale per tutta la nostra permanenza.
Quando la nostra macchina si alzò, ci erano diversi agenti in piedi all'ingresso, ma nessuno ha offerto alcun aiuto con l'ingresso o l'uscita, né ha fatto alcun aiuto con il bagaglio. Questo è particolarmente deludente per una famiglia che viaggia con i bambini piccoli, che potrebbe beneficiare di una maggiore consapevolezza e formazione sul servizio in questo settore.
Purtroppo, durante il nostro soggiorno, l’assistente della stanza ha accidentalmente rotto il puliziatore di faccia appena acquistato mentre la puliva, e l’hanno semplicemente involto in un asciugamano e lasciato sul conto della vasca senza alcuna scusa. Sebbene non ci siamo ingannati, si è riflettuto in una mancanza di attenzione all'esperienza degli ospiti e al professionalismo che potrebbe essere migliorato.

KKim Diep HuynhRecentemente ci siamo fermati alla piazza del mondo di Rydges e abbiamo avuto una bella esperienza. La stanza era grande e molto confortevole, che rendeva la nostra permanenza molto piacevole. Le mie figlie l'amorevano assolutamente, soprattutto con un sacco di spazio per rilassarsi.
Quello che apprezzo più è stato la camera separata per genitori e bambini, che ci ha dato privacy mentre siamo ancora insieme come famiglia, che ha fatto una grande differenza e ha reso il soggiorno ancora più confortevole e confortevole.
Tuttavia, il parcheggio era piuttosto difficile da trovare. Dovremmo andare a molti livelli, ed era confuso perché ci erano diversi hotel condividendo la zona.Un segnale o direzioni più chiare sarebbe davvero utile per gli ospiti futuri.

NNhu Tuyen VuLa stanza è pulita, spaziosa e ha una vista magnifica sul parco Hyde e il filo della città bloccato da altri edifici ad alta crescita. La piscina al tetto, lo sportello e il spa è l'alta luce con vista a 360 gradi e si apre da 5am-11pm, grande per coloro che amano nuotare soprattutto nella stagione estiva. Il buffet è dotato di una vasta gamma di cibi. In generale, super saturato con il nostro soggiorno.

Das Hotel befindet sich über dem Pub, der auch ab nachmittags sehr gut besucht ist.
Es gibt dort sonntags auch Livemusik bis ca 21 Uhr abends.
Alles vollkommen in Ordnung, wenn man nicht gerade Zimmer 10 neben der Waschmaschine/Trockner hat und neben der Lüftung schläft. Auch wenn ab 21 Uhr trocknen und waschen nicht erlaubt ist,störte es sehr.
Die Hotelzimmer gehen nach hinten raus,so hat man morgens leider ebenso den Lärm der Ladezone vom Supermarkt.
Positiv war,dass das Zimmer in einem modernen Zustand war und die Mitarbeiter alle sehr nett waren.
Der Strand ist fußläufig zehn Minuten entfernt.

PpornphunWe had a brilliant experience at the Langham for our wedding anniversary! I forgot how much I like the Langham brand. From the pink ribbon around the toilet paper to the sleep ammenities (we asked for the sleep pillow mist and the room diffuser) to the suggested third eye massage technique and the chamomile tea before bedtime, we felt totally pampered and taken care of. Reservation was made for our celebratory dinner with fine steak dinner over the fantastic view of the Opera House. In room breakfast was delivered on time and the quantity copious. The Spanish bell boy was helpful and friendly. We were also upgraded to a harbour view room to our delight. Location was convenient to walk either to Barangaroo or the Rocks, for ferry ride or metro. Very pleased to have chosen The Langham, it was absolutely the right decision for us!

UUtente ospiteThe hotel ticks a lot of boxes, clean modern rooms, pool and steam room, and in the best location, very central over looking the beach. The hotel has just had a refurbishment, very tidy with a good bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Only slight negative, front dest - check in could be better and a bit more friendly.
If you want to stay in Manly, this hotel is your best choice, the other main hotel is way down at the end of the beach.
