Amorevole il mio soggiorno qui, in primo luogo la posizione era classe in una posizione così grande su Sukhumvit da Nana BTS con così tante attrazioni e posti di bevanda e cibo in prossimità. L'hotel stesso era incredibile con personale così amichevole e utile.La stanza era perfetta, massiccia, ben presentata, moderna e in buona condizione. Il colazione aveva una grande varietà di cibo, tutti freschi con grandi sapori e gusti. Solo il problema era che ci fosse troppo cibo buono! La sala da bagno è ben attrezzata con un palco moderno e la piscina è un bel modo di rilassarsi nel calore di Bangkok!

The swimming pool is the best u can find in this area, the room is quiet with huge bathroom, services is top one, everyone has been very kind and helpful, they sent me a email right after the check to inform me that I’ve left some items in the room, and when I come back they helped me with huge smile and kindness. Overall, whether if you’ll like Bangkok or not, you’ll like this hotel.

This hotel is brand-new, and has immense potential. It's a shame that I have to write this negative review, but I'm hoping it can spur the hotel to do much better in several areas. We discovered this newly built hotel from a local friend and decided to book four nights during the festive season. Upon arrival, the check-in process took much longer than expected. This was in-part due to the poor command of English by most of the staff. We were assigned a room in Tower A and Tower B. Tower A rooms are much more convenient as the pool and gym are located on the same tower. The rooms itself were great, but there were many small issues which hampered the experience during our stay. For example, the shower drain drains water very slowly, resulting in an overflow everytime you take a shower. The water pressure itself was decent but they need to solve the drainage issues, because we had several different rooms during our stay and every room had the same problem. Other than that, the rooms were great. The power points have USB-A and USB-C inlets, so you don't need an adapter when staying at this hotel, a very thoughtful point. Next, the breakfast buffet was decent. Bangkok hotels are famous for their excellent breakfast buffets. I have stayed in countless hotels in Bangkok, and the benchmark continues to be Centara Grand at CentralWorld for breakfast. Samala's breakfast buffet had a variety of options. The great thing is that the dishes are different every day, so you'll never have a boring breakfast. The bad news is that in terms of taste, its not consistent. For example, there was one morning which had Hainanese Chicken Rice served, and I nearly vomited after tasting it. On another day, there was Green Curry Chicken served, and it was amazing. Speaking of breakfast, I want to highlight the excellent service by Mr. Tong, which I believe is the manager of the breakfast service. Mr. Tong was very attentive and checked-in on us to make sure everything was fine. Interestingly, he spoke much better English than half the front desk staff so perhaps he should be there instead! Last but not least, I want to provide some inputs about the service. It was very inconsistent. Most of the staff at the hotel were very friendly, particularly the concierge, which was amazing at making dining reservations and providing recommendations for lunch/dinner. The front desk staff were also very friendly, and I managed to have a good chat with the front desk manager on several occasions. She had a good command of English, together with a woman who appeared fierce but was very friendly, but the same can't be said for the rest of the staff. They had some of the worse English I have ever seen in any hotel. Bangkok is an international tourist destination, and if the front desk can't get English right, it's better they are moved to other parts of the hotel. Sono stato in questo hotel alla fine di marzo 2019 per la prima e l'ultima volta. Ho avuto un volo di sera e volevo rimanere in questo hotel per 4 ore. Ho chiesto alla reception se sarebbe andato. There are so many luxury hotels in Bangkok, but it is the service that makes the difference. Stai confortevole e conveniente a Oakwood Residence, Bangkok. L'hotel è convenientemente situato a pochi minuti dalla stazione della metropolitana, un centro commerciale e un sacco di ristoranti. La stanza era confortevole e spaziosa, con tutte le attrezzature necessarie per il nostro breve soggiorno. Il personale era amichevole e accogliente. The hotel overall is good. Distance from bts is about 5 minutes walk. Okay if not hot or rainy. Near 1 minute walk have convenient store which is awesome. Check in at night due to flight delay and the receptionist is not having good attitude. Requested late check out for one hour which is 1pm and was rudely rejected. During check out i find another shift of receptionist is so different in attitude. So my point is, if you late arrival dont book. Unless you check in earlier. This is an apartment based so corridor is not sound proof you can hear other room’s noises. And the corridor have smoke smell. Room wise is okay. See picture , but the floor is very dusty. Floor is not carpeted. However, the amenities are complete. Bathtub available. The apartment room is very Japanese style. The shower head is pretty low similar to shower head in Japanese home. Bed and pillow is quite comfy too. Charging outlet location also very convenient to guest. The breakfast have limited selection but there are baker’s confectioneries, ie cheese cake and choc fudge cake. The gym and sauna works but the toilet seems not well maintain, lights and locker doesnt work.

Wie immer meine Rede : es ist kein Familien Hotel aber für ein Single oder Pärchen was nur 2-3 Tage in Bangkok bleibt, eine günstige Alternative. Vor dem Hotel stehen Abends sehr viele Frauen die in den Club unter dem Hotel möchten. Wir waren nach unseren Urlaub nochmal 2 Tage in Bangkok und uns diesmal das 5 Sterne Hotel vom Anfang der Reise in Bangkok ersparen was uns sehr enttäuscht hatte (380€ 3 Nächte). Das Ruamchitt kenne ich aus Reisen von früher und es war immer in Ordnung für einen kleinen Preis. Habe diesmal ca. 95€ bezahlt für 2 Nächte und Late check out (18 Uhr) (Deluxe Room) . Man darf natürlich nicht zu viel erwarten aber zum übernachten reicht es aus. Was dringend repariert werden muss oder ausgetauscht : - Dusche hat kein Wasserdruck - Fenster könnten etwas mehr Dämmung gegen den Lärm vertragen - der Pool wurde renoviert aber die Liegen und Auflagen müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. - die Dusche am Pool ist sehr ramponiert, diese könnte auch erneuert werden. - am Zimmer war nur ein Nachttisch Ansonsten ist das Hotel super für diesen Preis und ich würde auch das 5te mal wieder kommen :) Die Bar vom Hotel im Lobby Bereich ist für ein Getränk zwischen durch immer schon cool gewesen. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt khop khun khrap 🙏🏼 As always my speech: it is not a family hotel but for a single or couple what only 2-3 days in Bangkok remains, a cheap alternative. In front of the hotel in the evening there are many women who want to go to the club under the hotel. We were after our vacation again 2 days in Bangkok and save us this time the 5 star hotel from the beginning of the trip in Bangkok what had disappointed us very much (380€ 3 nights). The Ruamchitt I know from trips from earlier and it was always fine for a small price. Paid this time about 95€ for 2 nights and late check out (6pm) (Deluxe Room). Of course you can't expect too much but it's enough for an overnight stay. What urgently needs to be repaired or replaced: - Shower has no water pressure - Windows could use a little more insolation against the noise. - the pool was renovated but the sunbeds and cushions would have to be replaced urgently. - the shower at the pool is very battered, this could also be renewed. - there was only one bedside table in the room Otherwise, the hotel is great for this price and I would come again the 5th time :) The bar of the hotel in the lobby area has always been cool for a drink in between. In addition, during my third day stay, there was a breakdown of the electric supply and no air conditioning and lights at all ( luckily the lifts still in service). I will not recommend any visitors for this hotel.

Il check-in non è stato agevole e piacevole: La chiave fornita non può aprire la stanza, alla fine hanno deciso di cambiare la stanza dopo aver riprovato due volte ma hanno comunque fallito. (Siamo andati avanti e indietro tra la camera e la parte anteriore 3 volte). Ma la doccia della nuova stanza non funziona bene (non esce acqua calda). Si è scoperto che abbiamo cambiato la camera per la seconda volta. Una delle reception non è così professionale. E non si sono scusati né hanno fornito alcun compenso per questo inconveniente. PS a causa dei lavori in corso, la sera e la mattina, a volte fuori era rumoroso.

This is a great little hotel. It is a two minute walk to Terminal 21, immediately next door to Robinson Department store and Robinson supermarket, and a 3 minute walk to Asok BTS. Its always easy to get a taxi or Bolt within minutes. The hotel is kept clean and spotless by the friendly housekeeping staff. The internet is good and included, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and the AC cools well. Of the 30 some hotels I have stay in within Bangkok, this is the favorite. There are no useable balconies, but there is a front patio by the lobby door that is great for eating local takeout. The hotel has no internal food service during Covid. The manager Khun Kikki Jutharat is the best feature of the hotel. She goes well beyond the normal customer service found in most hotels, and expended tremendous effort to help me with so many visa and miscellaneous issues. The hotel is lucky to have her! On the other shift, Khun Kuk was equally as helpful.

Lyf è molto conveniente, a meno di 5 minuti da Nana BTS. È piuttosto nuovo, quindi la sistemazione è MOLTO pulita, perfetta per chi viaggia da solo in quanto è senza fronzoli ma in grado di soddisfare le tue esigenze di base. Niente televisione e piscina. C'è un 7-11 proprio di fronte, alcuni pub (potrebbero diventare leggermente rumorosi di notte, ma comunque sopportabili). C'è anche un caffè proprio accanto al 7-11, perfetto per la tua tazza mattutina. Il personale era molto cordiale e premuroso e l'area della lobby è perfetta per lavorare. Siamo stati qui per 3 notti e l'ho trovato abbastanza abbordabile.

The hotel is very new, clean and in a good location. The bed is soft. The staff is friendly also. The hotel location is very near Terminal21 shopping mall and BTS Asoke sky train by walking distance. Opposite the hotel alley have 7-11. You can book the taxi or grab by choosing the arrival destination at Ambassador & smart fashion Sukhumvit soi19 because the hotel is situated in the small alley between this fashion boutique and massage shop. Overall, I like this hotel. Very convenient

Abbiamo preso il nostro colazione a Stable Lodge , il nostro hotel non lo fa più da quando è stato cosiddetto covid. Un classico colazione pane , burro confetture , 4 pezzi di formaggio cheddar e due tappeti di pane non tostato.Purtroppo il succo di frutta è chimico e iper zuccherato con tutti i frutti che ci sono in Thailandia! Su una terrazza sul lato della piscina, era abbastanza tranquillo
