Awesome choice of accommodation, new, clean, convenient locale, buggy services to Siam Paragon 9am-10pm

Very convenient with golf cart transfer to and from Hotel and Siam Paragon. Front desk service not well trained, need improvement.

It is a wonderful stay at Chatrium grand . The hotel provide buggy service to and from siam paragon . There is a Thann spa located at the hotel and the massage really good . But the fridge is not cold if you need a cold drink in the room.

Location is superb. Bar and snacks in room are complimentary. They refill them daily. Free buggy service to Siam Paragon with no hassle. Is so convenient for shopaholic to drop off shopping stuffs in hotel and return back to the mall again.

Wonderful place to stay near siam area. Location is perfect. Buggy service to siam paragon every 5 mins interval. Value for money!

Location is great. Room is spacious. The only comment is that you would suffocate when at the hotel lobby if the aroma smell is not your favourite🤨 I needed to use my mouth to breathe when entering the lobby!

Stayed at the Chatrium Grand Hotel, which shines for its cleanliness and quietude despite high occupancy. The location is a win, sandwiched between Central World and Siam Paragon. The deluxe king room is spacious, and the variety at breakfast is impressive—though an early visit is recommended. The smart TV is a modern touch, allowing for personalized viewing experiences. However, a few snags were encountered: the check-in process was unexpectedly lengthy, and the room's view was marred by construction. Electronically, we faced flickering lights that activated autonomously during the night, and the TV had issues maintaining a Chromecast connection with my phone. The bathroom's tap design would repeatedly soaking the counter, and the shower floor's slipperiness warrants caution. One quirky note—be sure to turn off the AI assistant to guarantee uninterrupted rest. Lastly, a minor but odd issue: the lift lobby button indicated a descent while the lift ascended. In sum, Chatrium Grand delivers a stylish and comfy stay, but attention to electronic and plumbing maintenance could elevate the experience from good to great.

Super nice hotel to stay

Super convenient location, free minibar snacks, buggy ride to siam Paragon, only downside is hotel can’t cope with too many people for breakfast

Great experience! Thann Centre is located within the hotel meaning that we can have massage and walk back to hotel room without hassle! The pool is not cosmetic but more than standard size to enjoy together, pool side bar is also excellent ! Golf cars for guests to nearby Siam Paragon but taking a short walk back from dinner in Central World is also a good experience! Overall we enjoy the stay at this hotel and will come back next time we visit bkk

Free minibar (2 cans Coke & 2 cans Diet Coke, 2 bottles fizzy water, 2 types of flavoured soda water, one packet coconut juice and 1 mini packet of milk) replenished everyday with a welcome platter of 4 gourmet chocs and 6 types of Thai snacks provided on the 1st day. Buffet breakfast was of excellent quality and variety. Go before 8am if you do not want a buzzing crowd at breakfast. At about 8.30 am onwards, expect to queue for a while to get a table. I had dinner at the hotel's French-Mediterranean restaurant Casia which served up delicious and fresh seafood done by a Thai chef who stopped by the table to say Hello. Happy too with the warm service provided by our server Ms Rainbow. Expect to spend about 2500 to 3000 Thai Baht per head [for the 4 course degustation menu or an a la carte appetizer and a main plus an alcoholic beverage] which includes service charge and tax. The free buggy service to Siam Paragon mall and back was much appreciated though there should be some signage at the pick-up area at the driveway of the mall to indicate where the buggy queue is at. Some hotel guests tend to rush for the buggy the moment it's sighted at the mall (and it only seats 5) despite others queuing before they arrived. The hapless buggy driver then has to decide who came first!
