Travelled as a family (4 adults) and we had a fantastic experience and stay in the Sofitel. Check in was seamless, rooms spotless and amenities were excellent, especially for the price. Would recommend if it’s your first time in Bangkok and you would like a view of the city (Soi 11 is a prime location).

Great service from hotel from start to finish. All staff very friendly and would stay again without hesitation. Great little coffee shop in the foyer serving lovely, food and cakes.

Just wrapped up an unforgettable 3-day, 2-night stay in the Junior Suite, and let me tell you—it was pure magic! From the moment I stepped in, the team made me feel like royalty. A big shoutout to Ing, who not only nailed the check-in but personally showed me around the stunning suite—talk about feeling special! My stay came with breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening canapés in the lounge, where the vibe was always on point. Huge thanks to Macky, Lemon, Tide, and Nutty for constantly checking in and adding so much fun to the experience. They didn’t just serve us; they kept us laughing and feeling right at home! Housekeeping was a dream team, keeping the room spotless and sparkling every day. And let’s not forget the local snacks they snuck into the minibar—we were obsessed! Last but definitely not least, Tony from guest services was an absolute gem! His recommendations for hidden local spots? Spot-on. He made exploring the area such a joy. Counting down the days until I can return for another round of luxury, laughs, and great vibes!

Here is my review of the place: Proximity - In the heart of Sukhumvit, the hotel is surrounded by an impressive array of restaurants, ranging from street food stalls to high-end dining establishments. Street food lovers can enjoy local favorites such as pad Thai and som tam, while those seeking more upscale experiences can indulge in international cuisines, from Italian to Japanese. Numerous bars, clubs, and entertainment venues offering lively atmospheres and diverse music genres. Venues like Soi 11 and Thonglor are particularly noted for their vibrant nightlife scenes. (In general safe, but you can expect plenty of vice surrounding the area - note families) Shopping - The hotel is literally connected to Terminal 21 via the BTS walkway, and you are minutes away from BTS Asok (sheltered all the way). For a more traditional shopping experience, the nearby markets provide a chance to explore Thai culture through crafts, clothing, and souvenirs. The blend of modern retail and traditional markets offers something for every shopper. Take a look/tour of the area's green spaces, such as Benjasiri Park, which provide a refreshing escape from the urban hustle. A really nice experience, a spacious room, a great gym and an amazing breakfast. Pool is beautiful and not crowded.

Hotel is luxurious and service was excellent. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Being located on Sukhumvit Road comes with the traffic jams but there's nearby mass rapid transit station which makes up for it. Breakfast buffet was very good and spread was good except lacked Indian cuisine. TV channels were however, limited eg no English Premier league as was selection of English movies. Ipad was a bit too high tech for me. For example, turning on bathroom lights in middle of night was cumbersome. I tried 2 restaurants, the Mizuki n Bella. Both were excellent in all respects. Overall, i would still rate it highly and will come again.
