reception staff was nice and helpful despite me checking in at an ungodly time of 4.30am. location is a bit of a walk from the nearest mrt (ratchadapisek) and 711 is about a 10 min walk away. this isn't my first time staying here as i enjoyed my stay before but unfortunately this time the room i got had multiple bugs that appeared at night near the desk and nightstand. but other than that, everything else was good.

The only drawback I could cite is that there is nothing to eat, buy or drink coffee anywhere in the hotel. I was very happy with the hotel, the hotel staff and the cleanliness and would recommend it as well. Considering the price and the service they offer in the hotel, the hotel is worth booking.

Good budget accommodation only downside is a bit far from the main road but anyway it’s all good

A DEAD AREA FAR AWAY FROM EVERYTHING 7-11 also far away. You can buy little detergent from the hotel nothing else There are many flies get in to the room even the door was closed. Some kind of black colour little insect in the Toilet even you rinse of it will appear again Only positive thing is the cleanness and the bed and linen are very good

The room was very clean and tidy. Very good for resting place but the bed and pillow are not comfortable for us. Staffs was very polite and friendly. Overall was ok to stay

Some room need renovations like paint flaking on the wall . The cleaning staff is good the receptionist is friendly

Nice hotel and very friendly staff. But a little bit far from the main road.

Cleanliness - room is large and non smoking. Location - own a car is an adventage. Service - friendly and welcoming. Amenities - mandatory arranging.

Hotel it's like a good apartment (condominium), location a bit hide , but it's comfortable. Rooms r very big, like flat. Staff r polite and kind.

It is a bit far from downtown and train stations.

Convenience store like 7-11 and Lotus store around the area. Restaurants, night market around to have food and meals taken care off. 24hrs Laundry available at hotel or even outside the main road. Surprised to see a local Muay Thai gym nearer to the MRT STATION. Some hotel guests are long term residents at hotel as they train at the gym. If one does want walk to the hotel, there is local transport to the area/hotel for a fee. The mini van transport usually waits till near full passengers to start the drive in.

I love it... next year I will come back
