I used to love this hidden gem in thonglor but during our last stay, I was disappointed. The room was not clean - kitchen counter has food crumbs that was not ours. They washed the utensils we used but it was not washed properly - food remnants on it. The couch was so dusty. My son sat there for an hour and had allergies. And to top it all up, J-avenue, the closest commercial complex is closed except for the supermarket. I wish they disclosed this information before I booked.

One of the best hotels in Thonglo area. Very clean and spacious. Staffs were very welcoming and enjoyed every-bit of our stay. Will be back again soon

Second stay here. Just one night. Great judt like before. Got to try the Italian restaurant next door which was also excellent. Comfortable, quiet and well appointed.

Clean and spacious room. Walking distance to 7eleven and eateries. There many pub and bars near by too. They even can walk to don don ki.

the bathtub can be lower as it was alittle hard to climb in and out. aircon is alittle noisy. otherwise it is good.

I enjoy staying in this hotel every time when I visit Bangkok. It feels like home and is clean. The bed is soft to tuck in. Near to all the nice drinking place and food.

The CondoTel is at the end of Thonglo Soi 13. However, it is only a short 5 mins walk Soi. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. There is also a shuttle service at the CondoTel which can ferry guests to and from the nearest BTS, Thonglo Station. The rooms are very clean and equipped with Electric Dishwasher, Laundry and Dryer Machines, Microwave Oven, etc. However, the breakfast spreads are not very wide, not much varieties. Nice place to stay.

Everything about Oakwood residences was great. The front counter team were friendly, helpful and always quick to help. The rooms were super today, large and comfortable. The location was PERFECT - I could walk to work. There was a supermarket so all your needs are met. Easy for Grab bikes to collect. I loved this place, would recommend to anyone.

We had a good stay with my family. The unit with 2 bedrooms is nice & clean, its very convenient to have a washing machine and dryer as we stayed for 4 nights. The breakfast just nice. The service is good but the internet connection is so bad as we have no choice that we used our roaming data. Pls change some of your towel as it is looks so old already and toilet in the common room have a bad smell and maybe the smell was from the drainage.

It was one of the best service apartment that we've stayed in bangkok. The service staffs were all very friendly and helpful. Room was great, exact the same as on hotel's website. We booked 2 room apartment, and its fully furnished with washing machine and dryer . Toiletries were all provided and the whole apartnent is very clean and new. Less variety of breakfast buffet but all taste good. There's 7/11, mcdonald, local supernarket and eateries around the area. The only setback is apartment is not within walking distance to bts, but complimentary tuk tuk is available from 7am-7pm. We'll definitely be back to stay again.
