I accident book hotel with wrong month and the Staff (daytime) at Check-in counter help me a lot he changed my booked room type to upgrade type for answers my request (luv it) room is very big with table / sofa (4 pillow) very dark when light go out (love it) 2 towels and 1 hand towel location is near terminal 21 / BTS MRT easy to move by train all thing is fine. BUT I need some fix too. 1 air conditioner is very old and dusty (they will change new one soon) 2 room is location hotel front side like no.40 and it have some Car sound on night but day time is very fine. if you need silent at night not recommended hotel front side room. i have to plan to back again soon. i think after they change air conditioner it will be better for sure MAY2025

The pictures shown online are very different to what the actual room look like. Things that really need to be mended are taped over. There is mould in the shower area. Housekeeping is generally OK but I was somewhat disappointed when their idea of making the bed seems to be just laying the blanket over. There are no slippers, soap bar or cotten buds provided. Check in staff tends to keep to themselves except for the lady and middle aged male. The rest just ignore you. It was very cheap, but if given the chance, I wouldn't want to come back and stay simply because the online pictures absolutely do not resemble the reality.

Best location in town , easily travel by both BTS and MRT. Good service for the basic needs. The staffs are nice, very impressed for the room upgrade .

It’s old conditions room,unfortunately I stayed at 4th floor,which not renovated yet,floor 2 or 3 some complete renovated.After my last day check out,just get the info from the staffs😓.Hopefully next time I go I can stay at the new room😊

Nice enviroment, and easy to travel with train bts or subway, no worry about jam, even go to airport also can by train.

Basic budget hotel and honestly it was ok for the money as lower than this price in Bangkok is a hostel however we have experienced far better for not much more money however served a purpose for a one night stopover

A cheap hotel, no issues, you get what you pay for and i paid very little

Very cheap price for this hotel but I think with this price, the quality of the hotel is acceptable, not fancy but have what it needs in the room. Convenient to Asok BTS station, only 5 mins walking distance. Two 7-11 stores near by. Staffs are polite so what can you complain for? Will recommend for anyone stay short in bangkok or just a 2-3 days trip.

The hotel reception staff provided excellent service, and the location is great. However, there was a foul odor emanating from the bathroom drain. Essential amenities such as toothbrushes and razors were not provided, only body wash and shampoo mounted on the wall. The room and bathroom were also smaller than they appeared in the photos, giving the bathroom a cramped feeling.

Generally OK for the price but the housekeeping was inconsistent forgetting to replenish liquid soap and toilet paper. The room and toilet needs a little sprucing up. There was no phone so had to make a trip down to reception for any request. A request for a 1 or 2 hour delay in checking out due to unexpected flight delay was denied. Having said that, the location was quiet and very near Asoke BTS station and the popular Terminal 21 mall.
