The location is okay. The hotel itself is not bad, old bur well-kept. They have some cockroaches and ants problem they can't handle Its not a lot but they are in the room. They change my room and still there were small cockroaches. The staff is very polite and nice

We are from Vietnam and had a great time at Siam Palace Hotel. The cost is very reasonable. The service is good. 7 eleven is nearby hotel, so we can easily buy anything we want. We also walk to BTS station just 10 minutes. We will come back in the near future. See yaaa

My major issue with this hotel is there is no hot water for shower! I arrive late at around 11.30pm so I was tired. Very frustated when you turn on the shower and no hot water. WiFi signal also weak. Other wise the room is ok. Bed is super comfortable. Room is clean. About 30 minutes walk from Saphan Kwai BTS Station. 50 minutes walk to the Chatuchak weekend market.

Very nice, close to BTS station, lots of small food vendors in the area with real Thai foods. Hotel staff is really friendly, facility is spacious, clean, and with comfortable bed. Wifi works well, good hot water, quiet street. Highly recommended!

Very well located with plenty of restaurants, food stalls and open food court to choose from. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is large and comfortable, missing some electrical plugs though near the bed. Bathroom shower has nice pressure and hot water but lacks space to put things around the sink. But overall a very recommendable place to stay.

The shower didn't have hot water, but there was a balcony and the room was clean. I didn't ask for the room to be cleaned, but I was grateful that they provided me with bottled water.

Extremely friendly staffs with quick service and effective solutions. Impressed by the lobby guy to smile and support also receptionist ladies to say hi to welcome, which makes my family feel like home. Great air conditioner, exact comfy temperature. Near 7-eleven with good price. Many cheap and tasty restaurants in walking distance. Only one note about the hot water: guests need to pre-launch it soon (like 5 minutes before real shower, a bit slow to get hot), still acceptable overall.

Room is clean and spacious. The only downside is the floor trap on the bathroom and the sink are not working properly. Water stagnant and took some time to clear. Ants can be seen roaming on the table. Since this is just a transit stay for me, i guess overall is still good enough. Toothbrush is not provided, though. There are plenty of hawkers nearby which is definately a bonus.

The hotel is in an excellent place.... everything nearby.. public buses and taxis are available all the time.. but the metro station is far needed to walk 20 minutes and problems if you have baggage.the hotel check in progress took only within minutes and they have allowed me to check in @8:30 am.there are no electric kettle in the room and they will provide the hot water in a flask. Overall the hotel is very good.

We had the pleasure of staying at Siam Palace Hotel recently, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, with the front desk staff going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and informed. The room we stayed in with my friends was nothing short of perfect. Very spacious and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location of this hotel is ideal. It is conveniently situated near the 7/11, Chatuchak market and platinum market. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and attentive especially when we encountered some problems and need their help. Whether it was the housekeeping staff ensuring everything was spotless. In summary, this hotel offers an outstanding experience with its combination of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.
