Bellissimo hotel, camera ampia ed elegante, pulizia impeccabile, ottima posizione e colazione ampia e variegata. Unica nota negativa, gli addetti alla reception gentili ma incompetenti in caso vi serva un supporto di qualunque genere. Inoltre, se avete un bimbo al seguito non vengono forniti letti supplementari (salvo pagare un extra come terzo adulto) neanche se avete segnalato la presenza del bambino con età specificata in sede di prenotazione della stanza (ossia viene indicato che i bambini alloggiano gratis ma si intende che dovete tenerli nel vostro letto. Tuttavia abbiamo compreso che questo è uno standard in Thailandia, così come anche se prenotate una camera per tre persone di cui uno è un bimbo verranno incluse solo le colazioni degli adulti).

Le pantofole di un hotel a cinque stelle sono come quelle di un business hotel a tre stelle, che schifo! È molto peggio di qualche anno fa. Il cameriere non riusciva ad aprire la porta quando scendeva dall'autobus, il personale alla reception non era accattivante e c'erano pochi tipi di colazione L'hotel a stelle in cui ho soggiornato qualche notte fa era molto meglio di questo. È un contrasto diretto e non tornerò in futuro.

L'hotel è nuovissimo e la posizione è molto buona, è vicino alla metropolitana leggera, vai al Grand Palace e prendi la metropolitana leggera per due fermate, poi prendi la metropolitana per 8-9 fermate e sarai lì. Ci vogliono circa 45 minuti in totale. C'è un 7-11 al piano di sotto, che è anche molto comodo.Ci sono centri commerciali e supermercati giapponesi a pochi minuti a piedi.Tra i tre hotel in cui ho soggiornato durante il mio viaggio in Tailandia, questo hotel ha il miglior servizio e il miglior disegno della decorazione.

We had a pleasant stay for our 2 years anniversary trip at Hotel Nikko, I wrote the special note during booking that we are booking for our anniversary trip, and the hotel provided their best effort on making the decoration and complimentary. Thank you so much and I Love it!! There’s also Japanese style breakfast provided.

Nice hotel at a great location which is just like 5 minutes walk to the BTS train station. Plenty of food options nearby. Room is a decent size with nice pool and gym. Will stay again for sure when I choose thong lor.

Excellent stay at Hotel Nikko Bangkok. We are allocated a Superior Room at 10th floor which is not high (the hotel has 22 floors) but ok. The room has the necessary amenities for an excellent stay. However, the hotel TV can feature more movie channels The breakfast can have more variety though. We didn’t use the swimming pool nor the gym. Car parking is available for free for in-house guests at the underground basement parking. There are Japanese restaurants around the hotel vicinity. Thong Lor BTS is accessible within walking distance. Overall, excellent stay and will stay again.

The best hotel ever. Staff are polite, proactive and very helpful. Room is clean and tidy, nothing to criticize. The location is perfect too, 2 mins walk from BTS station. Hotel even prepared birthday cakes twice for my birthday. Definitely will revisit Hotel Nikko again!

A very relaxing, comfortable and homey stay with Hotel Nikko in Bangkok, only 3mins walk to BTS Thong Lor Station, and it’s only 2mins walk to one of the best mango sticky rice shop in Bangkok (Mae Veree). The setting in the room shows the hotel is very caring to visitors, you have everything you need, what else can you ask for?
