首先環境一般，隔音很差，設備老舊，而且酒店靠近路邊，很吵！ 然後本人去之前預訂了兩晚，入住後半小時，由於有事需要退掉一晚，看清楚是入住後半小時後！直接拒絕，攜程工作人員很給力，第二天依舊去協商，不過還是拒絕！ 所以出行的朋友可以參考

類似於國內快捷酒店，房還是用鑰匙的，房間裏面很小，整體設施不是很好比較老舊，含早就是一個小小的A、B套餐，位置比較不好找，打車過去司機找了好久才找到，前台服務員很熱情

樓下就有711，房間很小，床像是沙發直接拼接而成的，早餐很簡陋，沒啥可以吃的。服務不錯，但是這個價位性價比有點低，不會再住。

有送了早飯，可是我一頓都沒吃；這個在市中心，附近有大型購物中心，可以購買免税商品，而且去哪裡玩都比較方便，曼谷還是很好玩的；

The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and very lovely and caring staff, that would happily help you with anything you need. The hotel is centrally located, close to shopping malls, restaurants and all kinds of transport. Great value for money.

Great hotel in a great location, in the center of Bangkok, yet in a quiet area next to the water tunnel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the room is good. For breakfast there are options to choose from and coffee and bread for you as you wish. Definitely worth the price!

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless & cleaned daily, breakfast is plentiful. Staff are very helpful & plenty of departments store nearby to experience proper shopping so much enjoy.

The ideal location for accommodations in Bangkok's city center. The hotel provides easy access to Central World and other nearby malls while offering a peaceful environment for complete relaxation. Highly recommended!

I am very impressed and would recommend The Bangkok Venice Suite Hotel as a good and clean accommodation. The staff is lovely and the service is friendly. It is located near shopping areas such as Plattinum and other shopping malls, and is easy to travel to with fast transportation options.

I cannot stress how thankful we are for the kindness and support from Tip the manager and the staff in the Bangkok Venice Suite! The hotel is clean, in a great location and is very comfortable and homely. I am beyond grateful for the support and advice we receive from the staff and Tip during this difficult time for us. We were shown extreme kindness by the owner of the Venice suite at the most difficult time inmour lives. We were shown support that is so valued by us. It was a comfortable and homely place to stay in. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Good place good view clean room comfortable all staff helpful and friendly 10minute walk to embassy 5minute walk to platinum all the street food near by the hotel 15minute walk to central chidlom 7-11 in the front of the hotel free car parking

Great little hotel, a hidden gem. A really short walk away from Chit Lom BTS and Central World. Room is fine for 2, not huge but then you never spent a lot of time in the room in Bangkok, far too much to do and see. Clean, really comfortable beds and the shower had fantastic pressure and always hot water. Breakfast was included. Either rice porridge with pork balls, salad or fried egg, hot dog type sausage and a slice of ham. There is also help yourself toast, cereal, tea, coffee and water. Staff are lovely and really helpful, especially Tip who also speaks English. The only one negative is that there is a safe box in the room but it's not bolted to anything. Overall loved this little hotel and would definitely recommend and stay again.
