One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in simply because of all the activities and all inclusive package. Yes there are some things that bothered us, the bathroom had a sewage smell in our room and the bathtub tap was broken and even though we mentioned it a few times they didn’t repair it. At least the shower worked. But the positives highly outweigh these issues. From the food to the entertainment, everything kept us occupied to worry about anything and we could just relax and enjoy our holiday. Special mention to Mark and Hao who made our stay truly exceptional!

Really enjoyed our stay, the selection of food is really great, the beach and pool are really enjoyable, the evening entertainment was also a really nice touch. Just be aware that its far from Nha trang city and you should view it as a resort destination where you plan to spend your time in enjoying food, drink, beach and facilities

Very good, beach is beautiful and pool is fantastic. Last day the food gave me food poising felt so sick and had to fly was horrible.

I think that your hotel is old. So you need hotel renovation

Sugar-free? Wifi-free. Prepare yourself for all the excuses available in the world if you are planning to visit Swandor Resort. I reserved three nights and experienced two and a half days without Internet access. If you have arrived with the intention of meditating and escaping from the dopamine-addicted world, welcome! Regrettably, the purpose of my vacation wasn't, and I contacted the lobby every day for Wi-Fi connectivity issues. Once again, these are Wi-Fi issues. There were no earthquakes, tsunamis, tornadoes, or sudden lightning strikes. I would like to direct half of my unpleasantness to the lobby. They have consistently responded, "We will fix it, Madame," but nothing changed. Was it a recorded message? Oh, I will have to mention the customer center right next to the counter for the other half. They promised to fix the Wi-Fi until day two, 9:00 a.m. and did not. I would never have expected the displeasure to reach this level until the third day. The employee raised his voice to me. It was who picked up the call when I called the lobby. His defense was that he was just an employee and did not know the issue. Yes, and of course, I am a customer who has a right to expect a fair return on my payment. I would like to ask if requests for Wi-Fi service in a five-star hotel are considered excessive. It is unfortunate that the intense emotions were part of the ‘service.’ I went back to the customer service area. It is miserable that this is not a lie. It was the most dreadful experience I have ever encountered at a hotel. Perhaps five stars for letting customers experience a remote time from the city. To the employee whose name I cannot recall, your imaginative excuse that all Vietnamese hotels are currently having Wi-Fi issues due to the ocean was innovative. I am genuinely appalled by your attitude in addressing the problem as a complaint. I would like to clarify that this is not a mere complaint unless you include ‘official’ at the beginning. Consequently, I stated, “My service is guaranteed to include Wi-Fi.” I was not anticipating, "Wi-Fi is not included in the all-inclusive service because it is a public property amenity." From the moment she accessed the reservation site and the "Property Amenity" section, I was in complete awe. What a delightful approach to a customer having WiFi connectivity issues at a five-star hotel! I appreciate your kindness in continuously disregarding Wi-Fi issues, which led me to have a Zoom meeting on the bare floor of the lobby of Building B. My cellular data ran out without warning in a room without Wi-Fi. The awkward gazes were unpleasant. It was not my intention to be on the bare floor. It was surprising to learn that it worked on the lobby. Do oceans exclusively cause problems on higher floors? I thought it would be the opposite. I still remember the conversation. "We said that we would change your room, and you are saying that you do not want to. We are helping you. What do you want?" What do I need? Is that an appropriate question? Did I look like someone who was taking advantage? You said that it was a help. My stance is the contrary. I would like to repeat again. Are requests for Wi-Fi service in a five-star hotel considered excessive? The rooms have been changed on the first day. When I called immediately after checking in. When I called several times about the same problem, It was late, and the room was a mess. We were checking out the next day. I had no choice because there was another scheduled meeting. There were no problems with the Internet in the new room. This could have ended from the very beginning if I was not disregarded. Clearly-not-dear Swandor Resort, your service was beyond awful. Your terrible services and responses will be highly unappreciated. I will never forget the hotel’s name and mark it as the number one hotel to never visit again in Vietnam, full of excuses and overpromises.

Really nice all inclusive hotel

Avoid the hotel if you are foodie and are looking for a hotel with a decent buffet. The buffet of the hotel is far below average of the same price range hotels in Nha Trang. The rooms are dated and small which is also below average of the hotels at the same price range. You don’t have many things to do at the hotel or around the area, so you will be looking for round trip to the city which will cost 110K VND per person taking 40minutes one way(waste of ~2hours per a roundtrip) by the hotel shuttle. The only good thing is that the drinks(alcoholic/non-alcoholic) are free at hotel bars. You would be able to book a much better hotel at the city center at better price. (unless you would or plan to drink like a whale) The hotel is somehow full of Russians(or ones speaking the similar language) and show(small ones not really worth your time) are also sung in Russian. You will be puzzled where you are at. Definitely not a place for a family but full of kids somehow. (Maybe the parents made same mistake like me)

It was very nice to stay here

Отдыхали семьей с 25 по 29 марта 2025 года. Все включено. Питание на высоте. При этом можно всегда покушать 24 часа, в прямом смысле. Очень порадовало отношение к детям. Детский клуб, где можно оставить детей и просто наслаждаться отдыхом. За ними присматривают и развлекают с утра до вечера. Это очень удобно, так как обычно ты посвящаешь свой отпуск ребенку. Здесь вы реально отдохнете от детей)). Отель практически полностью на русском языке. От аниматоров до ресепшен. Все понравилось. Дочь хочет приехать ещё раз, а это главный показатель))

음식이 엄청 깔끔해요. 한국인들이 좋아할만한 퀄리티. 룸은 좀 작았고 엑베는 추가비용이 비쌌어요. 액티비티 활동 좋고 아이들 체험할거 많아요. 러시아 우즈벡 분들이 많아습니다.

Отдыхали в этом отеле в 4й раз. Отель соответствует описанию. Сделали апгрейд номера, дали номер лучшей категории с прямым видом на море. Вид - супер. Номер убирают хорошо, персонал вежливый. Питание выше всяких похвал, много фруктов, очень много разнообразных морепродуктов - мидии, устрицы, кальмар, рыба, лягушка, крокодил. Мясо тоже есть, курица, утка. Много сладостей, вкусные. Есть шампанское. Нравится то, что когда бы не приехал, сразу надевают браслеты, голодными ходить не будете, хотя номер могут дать только с 14 часов, а если номер готов, то сразу дадут. И при выезде сразу не срезают браслеты, можешь комфортно дождаться выезда из отеля.

Во второй раз останавливаемся в этом отеле, обязательно вернусь и в третий раз! Вкусно, красиво и прекрасно

새벽에 탄냄새가나고 불이났다고 두번이나 경보기울려서 대피하라고하여 고층에서 계단으로 뛰어내려갔습니다. 가족여행이라 기대 엄청했는데 여행마지막날 잠도 못자고 불안에떨어야했습니다.다행히 아무일도 일어나지않아 다음날 체크아웃을 했지만 집에돌아와서까지 어머님은 몇번을 놀래서 계단을 내려가시다보니 며칠 다리가 아프시다고 합니다.식사때 친절했던 직원들이 인상에 남았지만 불안에 떨던 그날밤을 생각하면 다시는 가고싶지않는 숙소가 되버렸네요. 그외 시설은 듣던것보다 좋지않았고 음식은 종류가 많고 특히 베이커리가 맛있던 곳입니다.밤에 공연도 좋았습니다.
