very good hotel in bangkok so many street food around the hotel, def will come back

the room too small and on the rooftop, so at evening after coming back from travel the room too hot like an oven.

This hotel is THE WORST. Bad location, bad service and disgusting amenities, no different from just sleeping on the roadside in a sleeping bag. In fact if the sleeping bag's good, it might be a better option. This place is ****e, zero stars if it's possible to give.

When we arrived the building smelled like cat urine and we had trouble communicating with the front desk staff. Our reservation said there was a window in our room, but it was a completely closed off too. And when I asked about getting a room with a window they told me no. The room was small, smelled heavily of smoke and had a very uncomfortable bed. We were so disappointed with the room that we booked a much better hotel for the same price and stayed there for the night. When leaving there was no one at the front desk but there was a box for key drop off. We put our keys in the box and left, we realized we forgot the 1000 baht deposit and went back for it. We got back at 5:30 and they charged us for the six hour late checkout. They told us that they called the room multiple times but since we didn’t pick up they had to charge us the additional amount. Even though we had put our key in the basket to check out. Overall a terrible experience — highly recommend booking a nicer hotel.
