La stanza era molto piccola e molto calda. Non ho spento il condizionatore quando sono uscito. Sono entrati senza permesso e hanno spento il condizionatore mentre ero fuori. Che diavolo è quello senza pulire la stanza quando il condizionatore era spento.

L'ambiente è ok, in stile pastorale, piuttosto bello, ma l'acqua della vasca è troppo piccola, praticamente come se non ci fosse pressione. Inoltre, il pulsante dello sciacquone è rotto. Sono andato alla reception, ma non c'era nessuno reception. Ho provato a trovarlo il giorno successivo, ma non ha funzionato. Volevo andarmene, ma non l'ho cercato. Ho sollevato il coperchio del serbatoio dell'acqua, ho tirato fuori il galleggiante e ho tirato lo sciacquone. Koh Samet è così piccola che basta un giorno di permanenza. Puoi anche arrivare presto e non restare lì.

It was a nice time. The place with his own tiny garden is very nice. You can chill and feel Comfortable. The bed is extremely comfortable. Unfortunately there’s very much noise cause of the AC, outside is very noisy, the shower is not hot enough. I tried to contact the owner via phone & WhatsApp but never answered. And the street and all the island very dirty

Central location yet still quiet at night. Friendly staff. Clean. 10/10 can recommend. Thank you 🙏🏼

The room itself was cozy and beaitiful. The location was good as well.

Nice little split level duplex. 2 queen beds on upper level , with glass sliding door and own ac. Big double day bed and massive TV downstairs. Fridge and kettle. Separate shower and toilet. Bit of a communal seating area right outside. Owners very good communication and helpful. Rented scooter for 300.

It’s a tiny hidden room. That’s it. Doesn’t feel safe. Just random room tucked in a bushy dark area. No thanks. Wouldn’t recommend it.

I have stayed at Flamingo Villa before (In the Garden Room), but this time I decided to stay in the loft room, which apparently is called the Family Room. Flamingo Villa is somewhat strange, since the "Hotel" is basically three rooms within the Samed Your House hotel. Our neighbors actually knocked on our door to try and check in ~ You need to call the phone number for Flamingo Villa in order to check in, as someone will come out to meet you. So, bottom line up front: Flamingo Villa is awesome, but get ready to kill a lot of mosquitos! The owners do a good job of lighting incense sticks to try and keep the them away, but there are fountains around the area and the mosquitos are no joke. I would say I killed at least 10 in our room, so it is super important to make sure you close the sliding doors behind you every time you go in and out of the room. The Family Room was awesome. The lower floor is basically a living room with a large day bed and a big TV with great speakers. The toilet room is separate from the shower. The stairs to the loft are pretty steep, but once you get up there it is really nice. There are two queen beds in the loft, and the glass wall and sliding door separate the bedroom from the main room, which is great because the bedroom has its own AC unit, and the glass keeps out the mosquitoes. The beds were comfortable, but be careful because the ceiling is very low above the beds. The view from up in the loft is very peaceful, and the owners obviously spent a lot of time decorating the place (The Christmas tree was still up while we were there). The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Sai Kaew Beach, and the pier for the ferry is only a 10 minute walk ~ but you can take a mini bus if you would like. The hotel is close to restaurants and stores, and there are two 7-11s close to the beach. We rented a motor bike the last time we were in Koh Samed, but Sai Kaew Beach seems to be the nicest on the island, so we just hung out there. I love Flamingo Villa, and I am sure I will stay there again in the future.

The room is beautifully decorated, the outside private mini-garden is very nice too. But the room is pretty small, just for one person.

Nice little hotel we stayed in the down stairs room no window and shower over toilet,the owner has spent a lot of money on this place tiling in shower to a very high standard, did have one concern didn’t see a smoke alarm and not having a window and walkway to get out was a bit scary, also if someone is in the loft room with kids above you there is a lot of noise, we had to get up first night to tell them to keep the noise down.

I really love the place and it was so cozy! I highly suggest this hotel since near to the road.

Perfect location, great design, clean and well equipped, huge TV with Netflix available, really nice « garden » view from the bed, close to all the restaurants and 3min walk to the beach
