The hotel does not offer a high level of cleanliness or service, but it is a good value for money.
The only drawback is the lack of amenities and the fact that toilet paper is scarce and runs out quickly.
Also, there was a drainage pipe construction work? When I came back to the room after that, the floor of the bathroom was flooded.
If you just want to sleep without any expectations, it is a good hotel in a good location.

What can I say. Clean well kept with a fantastic staff ready to help out with any of your needs or questions. In the middle of everything, you have access to shopping, nightlife and excitement. The rooms are well insulated from the noise. Only con is the elevators are slow. The gym facility is well equipped. And the biggest bonus and only reason why you would stay appart being budget friendly. Is the fantastic rooftop pool with the amazing view of Bangkok. Day or night.

The location of the Hotel very convenient, many bars and restaurants.
We got a room on 3 floor, the room was a little bit small by us, no wardrobe, so we have had to put our clothes all over. The breakfast was fine. The pool is small.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights after someone recommended it. The room and the bathroom were clean. The room is has this modern minimalist aesthetic which is cosy and pleasant. It also has a gym room and the rooftop pool with a bar and great city view was the best! There are sun beds around to just chill. The breakfast buffet had usual options for a western & asian breakfast, honestly not bad at all! Location in Sukhumvit was great as well. 7/11, massage places, restaurants and metro station walking distance from the hotel. Hotel staff was very helpful. I could keep my luggage there when I went away for a weekend and came back. I highly recommend this hotel for the quality & price point!

Only issue we had with the hotel was being asked to pay 200 baht for extra blanket. Luckily the front desk staff waved the fee in the end.

I stayed here for 2 nights. Overall, it was excellent.
Pros:
It is a 10-minute walk from/to BTS Nana. right next to 7-11. There is a massage service opposite the hotel. and Nana Alley is full of restaurants and bars.
It could be too busy for family.
Staff were very professional, polite, and friendly, even during peak time. I do admire them
The cleanliness was nice. I could not see any flaws in the room.
Cons:
My room was on the 8th floor. I could not sleep all night since I heard the sound of some machines nearby my room. I guessed it was an elevator sound for staff. I felt a little uncomfortable about this.
Anyway, I still would love to come back again and would recommend this hotel to people.
