The swimming pool is the best u can find in this area, the room is quiet with huge bathroom, services is top one, everyone has been very kind and helpful, they sent me a email right after the check to inform me that I’ve left some items in the room, and when I come back they helped me with huge smile and kindness. This hotel is brand-new, and has immense potential. It's a shame that I have to write this negative review, but I'm hoping it can spur the hotel to do much better in several areas. We discovered this newly built hotel from a local friend and decided to book four nights during the festive season. Upon arrival, the check-in process took much longer than expected. This was in-part due to the poor command of English by most of the staff. We were assigned a room in Tower A and Tower B. Tower A rooms are much more convenient as the pool and gym are located on the same tower. The rooms itself were great, but there were many small issues which hampered the experience during our stay. For example, the shower drain drains water very slowly, resulting in an overflow everytime you take a shower. The water pressure itself was decent but they need to solve the drainage issues, because we had several different rooms during our stay and every room had the same problem. Other than that, the rooms were great. The power points have USB-A and USB-C inlets, so you don't need an adapter when staying at this hotel, a very thoughtful point. Next, the breakfast buffet was decent. Bangkok hotels are famous for their excellent breakfast buffets. I have stayed in countless hotels in Bangkok, and the benchmark continues to be Centara Grand at CentralWorld for breakfast. Samala's breakfast buffet had a variety of options. The great thing is that the dishes are different every day, so you'll never have a boring breakfast. The bad news is that in terms of taste, its not consistent. For example, there was one morning which had Hainanese Chicken Rice served, and I nearly vomited after tasting it. On another day, there was Green Curry Chicken served, and it was amazing. Speaking of breakfast, I want to highlight the excellent service by Mr. Tong, which I believe is the manager of the breakfast service. Mr. Tong was very attentive and checked-in on us to make sure everything was fine. Interestingly, he spoke much better English than half the front desk staff so perhaps he should be there instead! Last but not least, I want to provide some inputs about the service. It was very inconsistent. Most of the staff at the hotel were very friendly, particularly the concierge, which was amazing at making dining reservations and providing recommendations for lunch/dinner. The front desk staff were also very friendly, and I managed to have a good chat with the front desk manager on several occasions. She had a good command of English, together with a woman who appeared fierce but was very friendly, but the same can't be said for the rest of the staff. They had some of the worse English I have ever seen in any hotel. Bangkok is an international tourist destination, and if the front desk can't get English right, it's better they are moved to other parts of the hotel. Also, some of the staff are extremely stingy when it comes to bathroom amenities. We requested extra Body Wash on several occ

I bambini hanno avuto molto divertimento nella piscina e nella sala da gioco, non hanno nemmeno giocato con il campo da calcio, le corti da tennis e il mini golf. La distribuzione del buffet a colazione era abbastanza amichevole per i bambini. Hanno sempre avuto qualcosa per loro. Ho avuto 2 bambini 6 e 8 che non avevano colazione inclusa nel prezzo della stanza. Quindi ho dovuto pagare per un bambino ogni giorno, appena sotto 300B, quindi è ancora ok. La camera era una suite nel 31° piano. Grande vista. Grande spazio. Il letto di grandezza re era sufficiente per 4 di noi per spruzzare. Mi piace la forte pressione idrica nei bagni e i lavastoviglie auto. Non mi piaceva la breve durata dell’acqua calda, doveva sempre tornare a tutta la calda per ottenere acqua calda di nuovo. Localizzazione saggio, è fantastico! Connesso al terminal 21, tecnicamente non dovevi andare da nessun altro. Asoke BTS appena fuori, Sukhumvot MRT anche alla giunzione. Grab era molto facile da raggiungere, non aspettava molto come quando ci siamo fermati intorno al mondo centrale.

Sono stato in questo hotel alla fine di marzo 2019 per la prima e l'ultima volta. Ho avuto un volo di sera e volevo rimanere in questo hotel per 4 ore. Ho chiesto alla reception se sarebbe andato. Lei ha detto che non è un problema, ma devo pagare il prezzo pieno per un giorno. La pulizia e la gentilezza il personale può solo sognare. 0 di 10 punti. L'unico punto positivo in quest'Aula è che la BTS è più vicina.

L'hotel è grande. Abbiamo preso l'appartamento a 2 camere da letto. Poiché alcuni membri della mia famiglia hanno il loro compleanno nel mese in cui ci siamo fermati, il personale ci ha sorpreso con una torta di compleanno una camera d bellissimo decorata. Le colazioni sono deliziose e servite solo quando si ordina. Quindi minimizzano i rifiuti alimentari. Ogni camera è dotata di una lavatrice che ha la funzione di asciugatura, nonché una cucina ben attrezzata. Incoraggiare coloro che hanno la famiglia a scegliere questo hotel vicino ai negozi con molti buoni cibi. Luogo e hotel altamente raccomandato per soggiornare con gli anziani, i bambini e i toddler. The hotel overall is good. Distance from bts is about 5 minutes walk. Okay if not hot or rainy. Near 1 minute walk have convenient store which is awesome. Check in at night due to flight delay and the receptionist is not having good attitude. Requested late check out for one hour which is 1pm and was rudely rejected. During check out i find another shift of receptionist is so different in attitude. So my point is, if you late arrival dont book. Unless you check in earlier. This is an apartment based so corridor is not sound proof you can hear other room’s noises. And the corridor have smoke smell. Room wise is okay. See picture , but the floor is very dusty. Floor is not carpeted. However, the amenities are complete. Bathtub available. The apartment room is very Japanese style. The shower head is pretty low similar to shower head in Japanese home. Bed and pillow is quite comfy too. Charging outlet location also very convenient to guest. The breakfast have limited selection but there are baker’s confectioneries, ie cheese cake and choc fudge cake. The gym and sauna works but the toilet seems not well maintain, lights and locker doesnt work.

Wie immer meine Rede : es ist kein Familien Hotel aber für ein Single oder Pärchen was nur 2-3 Tage in Bangkok bleibt, eine günstige Alternative. Vor dem Hotel stehen Abends sehr viele Frauen die in den Club unter dem Hotel möchten. Wir waren nach unseren Urlaub nochmal 2 Tage in Bangkok und uns diesmal das 5 Sterne Hotel vom Anfang der Reise in Bangkok ersparen was uns sehr enttäuscht hatte (380€ 3 Nächte). Das Ruamchitt kenne ich aus Reisen von früher und es war immer in Ordnung für einen kleinen Preis. Habe diesmal ca. 95€ bezahlt für 2 Nächte und Late check out (18 Uhr) (Deluxe Room) . Man darf natürlich nicht zu viel erwarten aber zum übernachten reicht es aus. Was dringend repariert werden muss oder ausgetauscht : - Dusche hat kein Wasserdruck - Fenster könnten etwas mehr Dämmung gegen den Lärm vertragen - der Pool wurde renoviert aber die Liegen und Auflagen müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. - die Dusche am Pool ist sehr ramponiert, diese könnte auch erneuert werden. - am Zimmer war nur ein Nachttisch Ansonsten ist das Hotel super für diesen Preis und ich würde auch das 5te mal wieder kommen :) Die Bar vom Hotel im Lobby Bereich ist für ein Getränk zwischen durch immer schon cool gewesen. Lyf è molto conveniente, a meno di 5 minuti da Nana BTS. È piuttosto nuovo, quindi la sistemazione è MOLTO pulita, perfetta per chi viaggia da solo in quanto è senza fronzoli ma in grado di soddisfare le tue esigenze di base. Niente televisione e piscina. C'è un 7-11 proprio di fronte, alcuni pub (potrebbero diventare leggermente rumorosi di notte, ma comunque sopportabili). C'è anche un caffè proprio accanto al 7-11, perfetto per la tua tazza mattutina. Il personale era molto cordiale e premuroso e l'area della lobby è perfetta per lavorare. Siamo stati qui per 3 notti e l'ho trovato abbastanza abbordabile.

The hotel is centrally and conveniently located near Asok BTS, Sukhumvit MRT and Terminal 21 shopping centre. Room is also spacious. However, I booked a non-smoking junior suite, and was assigned to level 5, which smoking was permitted. As the assigned room was located at the end of the corridor, I have to endure the cigarette smell in the corridor. As such, I had politely asked if I could change to a non-smoking room, but I was told that all non-smoking rooms are fully booked and the response from the lady receptionist was nonchalant and unapologetic. The bell captain overheard the conversation and suggested if he could request the housekeeping staff to spray with air freshener to eliminate the smoke odour in the room, which was very much appreciated. Just wondering why would the hotel even accept my booking for non-smoking room when all were occupied?

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and child for 3 days starting March 29. When I booked this hotel, unfortunately there were no rooms for 3 people, so I booked a room for 2 people (my child is over 10 years old). They didn't have a room for 3 people on March 30, so they offered me the following. Day 1: Room 430 for 3 people Day 2: Room 468 for 2 people Day 3: Room for 3 people ??? We went in with a deposit of 500 along with surcharges of 700+500+700 baht. The room had a refrigerator with a capacity of about 150 liters. They gave me 4 towels, you can get more if you want. The hotel wifi seems to be maxed out at 2 devices. The staff is mostly friendly. The dark-haired guy at the counter is a little on the stern side. The room is as shown in the photo. You need to be careful not to let your child touch the corner of the toilet door. The TV is like new. We moved to another room the next day, but after checking out at 12:00, they told us to wait in the lobby until 2:00, so we left our 5 bags and went out. There is a 7-Eleven right below the hotel, Dunkin Donuts 20 meters away, Gilbingsu, etc. 50 meters out on the main road, and Korean Town across the street. (Seolbingsu is a disaster). If you walk 15-20 minutes to Asok Station Daejanggeum restaurant is there. Delicious. When it starts to get late, around 18:00, the neighborhood turns into a red-light district. Women standing on the street waiting for something, alcoholism bar. On my third night in Miami, I didn't feel like changing rooms, so I kept to stay at a double room. (The hotel offered me an extra bed) On the last night, I was woken up at dawn by a female guest on the same floor. Miami Hotel is not a bad choice for young people. The hotel is cute and colorful like a Korean boutique motel. There are plenty of places to get breakfast nearby.
