The service provided by the entire staff at Karavalli made us feel right at home. Mr. Bala, in particular, ensured our stay was incredibly comfortable and was always ready to assist us with recommendations for nearby attractions. Our experience at Vivanta Bengaluru was nothing short of exceptional.

I chose HighGates Hotel on Church Street in Bengaluru once more as my spouse and myself stayed at that property in March 2023. As I was travelling on my own and just had few days I opted for HighGates due to its location and proximity to MG, Brigade Road and also the hustle and bustle of Church Street. HighGates Hotel is a nice hotel and the staff are good too. I arrived at the property at 03:00 am and the Night ***ager greeted me with a smile and said “welcome back and it’s nice to have you again at HighGates”. There was not much formalities to be done as I already had paid for the booking. The porter picked my luggage and I went directly to my room. The room is good with all the amenities free wifi, bottles of water, tea, coffee station, TV, King size bed with clean and comfy bed linen, bathroom amenities are good too. The hotel has 3 restaurants inside the property. 1). White Room where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. You can either opt to sit inside or outside in the covered terrace. The architecture is pretty colonial style and guest feels relaxed in that ambience with a well maintained garden and greeneries. The menu card is not much elaborated yet the food is good. During my stay I saw ***y non-residents coming for breakfast meeting or family breakfast there. They also have a pastry corner. I haven’t tasted it though but the cakes on display looked delicious. I only had breakfast there which is good. Roomali Restaurant is their Indian Restaurant and the restaurant has a nice decor and has seating inside and outside on the terrace. They have a varied choice on their menu. The restaurant is quite full most of the time and the food is tasty. I’ve eaten there on several occasions and I enjoyed the experience. The ***darin Box is an open concept one where you have benches and tables outside. They have a limited menu where guests come, select their dishes, order, pay and collect the food and eat. It has a nice garden around too. It’s bit noisy as it’s in the open and the tables and benches are quite close. Food is simple and tasty. I enjoyed eating there especially at night as I watched the stars and moon as I was on my own. The only downside is the rooms, bathrooms are worn out and really need a good renovation. The property looks dated. One thing which I really didn’t appreciate is that guests using room service just leave their plates outside the room. This is so unhygienic, lack of respect towards the hotel property and other guests. I believe ***agement should address the matter to guests. I spoke to Mr Viktor the General ***ager about it. Hope things would change for the better. HighGates location and staff is an asset for this property. I would like to stay there on my next trip.

This is the first time I stayed at Oberoi Bangalore and I can say this will definitely be the first of ***y to come! It is very close to central Bangalore and walkable distance to all the good places but also gives you a feeling of staying in a far away resort which is the best combination. Superlative levels of hospitality. The staff provides outstanding service, going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. I’m so impressed by the bar team Mohit Rak**** Saurabh Deeksha! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. the present best cocktails. Mohit special recommendations help us a lot. Awsome variety of egg preparations on order during breakfast. Do try egg kejriwal and Parsi scrambled egg with pav. Special shout out to Mohit for making the whole experience magical! We didn’t found you, please receive the small token of love we have left for you. Ms. Muskan at the front desk for their quick and comfortable checkin. Kudos to the Oberoi Bangalore ***agement for having this wonderful team together.

Il personale era molto cortese e ha reso il nostro viaggio molto comodo in tutti gli aspetti.Vorrei congratularmi con una donna di servizio frontale akansha che ha fatto tutti i sinceri sforzi per rendere il nostro soggiorno così comodo. Lei ha anche organizzato camere per il check-in precoce, perché siamo molto stanchi all'arrivo all'hotel. Kudos e 7 stelle all'hotel per i loro servizi impeccabili e senza guai.
