1. The faucet was broken in the washroom and the water was leaking. 2. The room had a king size bed but it was 2 single beds joined together 3. Breakfast was included in the booking. But the hotel did not call us or remind us, however they said they tried reaching me and i didn't answer. Not recommended

The hotel is excellent. Super room, courteous staff who are very helpful. The service is very good. The hotel is close to all the restaurants close by and even shopping malls. I have stayed here for the last five years every time i come for work. I would recommend this hotel any time.

It is a home which is why I prefer over hotels. Food is good and very hospitable staff.It is situated in a serene corner but within the center of Indiranagar, a place hustling with restaurants and crowd from all over India. Walkable from the Metro station which is 2 minutes away.

Very good rooms, comfortable bed, clean bathrooms, excellent service, main advantage for me: very close to metro, have stayed here 5-6times in last 6 years. Not tried food, since plenty of legendary options close by.

The hotel is nice with a great location comfortable location near the metro, walking to 100ft road of indiranagar. And yet it’s in a peaceful location.

December 2023 Our first vist once check in was to Kari Theory where Mr.Arwin made a good impression. His warm welcome and suggested menu was excellent and explain how they are made. He made us have a delicious mail, later Exec cheif Vasudavan spoke to us and he also suggested breakfast menus and also took our request for half boil egg which requested. Overall we aee impressed and will visit agin. Read less

I enjoyed a lot at the is are were and in say or what is this, who is this, where r u, how is it. Veyr nice place tot stay and super t staff. It is very nice place to stay and beautiful location.

I recently stayed at city centre residency, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. While the room was clean, which was a plus point, it lacked many essential amenities that one would expect. The most significant disappointment was the bathroom. It was not equipped with proper toiletries, and there were no towels or soap provided. Additionally, the absence of hot water made the bathing experience far from comfortable. Considering the price i paid for my stay, i couldn't help but regret my decision, especially knowing that there were other options available in the same price range that would have offered a more comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, my stay at city centre residency left much to be desired, primarily due to the lack of essential amenities and the inconvenience caused by the bathroom's condition.

City centre residency is a very well located place in indira nagar. The hospitality is great. The room neat and clean. The lighting perfect. I had held a two day workshop here on 5/6th august and every year i return to hold my workshops here. The staff is cordial and helpful. The food nice and room service quick. I had to stay an extra few hours for work and they were kind enough to cooperate. I would recommend the banquet hall for parties and conferences. There are so many good joints near the palace plus shopping arcades. It’s a perfect place with reasonable prices. Dr truoti jay-in
