Hotel a Bandol, Francia

We spent 5 days here and could have easily stayed longer. The hotel team is all about customer service 24/7. Meals in the Bistro are delicious, breakfast is great and the beach cafe is also delicious! Small set back is that elderly people can’t walk around pool perimeter easily or at all. Very narrow. They are also strict about saving pool chairs bc they are so limited. Overall, it’s a great hotel and we can’t wait to enjoy it again!!!

Ho amato .... bella vista sul porto.. personale accogliente e simpatico .attrezzatura ...bagno ...vecchio ma pulito ...je capisce che lo stile dell'hotel può sorprendere alcuni ....hotel nel suo succo deco vintage .... con un ambiente ... (per coloro che hanno il riferimento ....on potrebbe quasi attraversare in un corridoio le gemelle di Shinig ...) non male attrezzato ... apparecchiatura un po 'vecchio, ma questo fa il suo fascino.. Mi piaceva prendere il colazione al ristorante fuori senza limitazione oraria ...e poi siamo a due passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro a piedi

Che scoperta sorprendente. Siamo andati in questo piccolo hotel vicino alla spiaggia mentre guidavamo la costa. Una stanza sorprendente con le onde che si sono crollate proprio al piede della nostra stanza. Grande valore. Molto amichevole personale. La cameriera ucraina al ristorante era sorprendente e ha fatto davvero il nostro soggiorno. Se siete nella zona Sanary-sur-Mer, questa è una gemma nascosta. Puoi andare senza esitazione.

Ottimo accoglienza. Installazioni un po' vetuose, ma tutto era funzionale. Properté générale plutôt bonne, mais certains éléments n’ont pas été nettoisés depuis des mois ou même des années (accumulation de graisse et de poussière sur la hotte de la cuisine, meuble de salle de bains). Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo in ogni caso, torneremo senza esitazione

Unbelievably disappointed with this hotel and a majority of its staff. We experienced a tragic void of cleanliness, professionalism and hospitality during our entire stay at the Mercure Hotel in Toulon, France. Unfortunately, our fruitless attempts to resolve these issues directly with on-site management (which does not exist) and corporate personnel (impossible to contact) leave us feeling violated of our dignity and robbed of our time and money. We hope the following information will help others in the future, including travelers, hospitality staff, Sébastien Bazin, Gilles Pélisson, and the like. CLEANLINESS: Upon our arrival, we could literally see dust and dirt on all of the shelves, counter tops, balconies and floors of the hotel and room. Even the carpet in the room was so dirty it stained the bottom of our clean socks. The toilet room smelled bad, like, well, a used toilet. We politely asked for it to be cleaned, however, no one ever came, not even to freshen up the room at any point during our stay. COMFORT: The air conditioning did not work in our room, ever. When we spoke to the front desk staff about the sweltering temperature of 90 degrees F in our room (even though the thermostat read 16 C) and were informed to “leave the room for awhile to let it work”. We left at 3:30PM and returned at 11PM to a less sweltering temperature of 85 degrees F in our room. We asked staff member available, Alexi/Alex at the front desk, if he could fix the thermostat. He begrudgingly came to take a look and was profusely sweating after one minute in the room. He could not turn on the air conditioning even though the thermostat read the same 16C. He said we could open the window, but that would just let in the bugs in and turn off the air completely. He also suggested we leave the room to wait 15 minutes for it to turn on…? Given that that strategy did not work when suggested earlier, we asked for a different room with working air conditioning. He laughed at us and said no because it would not make his manager happy. We said we would happily speak to the manager about the issue and he laughed again, said no, and stated management is not available on the weekends. We then asked for some sort of a solution and Alexi/Alex appeared annoyed and said “there is nothing to be done” and that he had to get back to his “other duties” at the hotel. Turns out it was actually the end of his shift and he did not want to stay any longer that his end time to deal with this problem. We noted that the sheets and bedding were surprisingly all polyester, which doesn’t breathe like cotton, and acts like a heat conductor and made it more difficult to achieve sleep. He laughed again and said all the rooms are the same and there is nothing to be done. We went back to the front desk to ask for help from the next staff member and found that the only person available was a very kind, intelligent security guard named Cherkre(sp?). Il Best Western Hotel di Cassis è situato in una posizione molto vicina alla spiaggia e nel cuore di Cassis. Il personale è anche molto utile e amichevole e poteva fornire prima assistenza dopo che il mio partner aveva ricevuto un piccolo pascolo da camminare in una zona rocciosa nel parco nazionale vicino. Il colazione è stato meraviglioso e abbiamo mangiato fuori sul veranda circondato dalle piante di Jasmin! Grazie e saremo sicuramente tornati.

Cadière d’ Azur è un bel villaggio in Provence, appena lontano dall’autostrada, che è ben sentito nella stanza. L’hotel è affascinante, ma la stanza Favory che avremmo dovuto essere ben puliti! Il doccia era rotto, non poteva semplicemente riprendere, l'acqua non stava andando via e la cabina era il formato degli anni '70 del secolo scorso in un non molto buono ospiti. Anche il muro di slitta della cabina era rotto. I occhiali di bagno erano vecchi e rotti! Per i prezzi che questo hotel ha dovuto pagare, deve essere molto meglio ‼️Abbiamo lasciato 5 camicie, 5 strisce e 5 paia di calzini lavare e sono stati completamente inquietati per il prezzo di € 97. Infine, € 25 è stato dedotto, ma abbiamo trovato strano, soprattutto visto che la nostra stanza era solo sotto tutti i livelli. Mi vergognava di ricevere gli ospiti così! Il cibo sia nel bistro che nel ristorante è stato bello e autentico, con un divertente touch vd Provence!
