Un vrai we de quiétude car tout est mis en œuvre pour que ça le soit : le personnel, la chambre, la vue, le spa et le p’tit dej’ tout était parfait.

Per fare la doccia bisogna scavalcare una vasca da bagno troppo alta, a rischio caduta e infatti mio marito è scivolato. La cosa peggiore la disorganizzazione della thalasso. Ho chiesto subito una seduta con l’osteopata ma mi dicevano che non rispondeva alle loro chiamate, finalmente dopo 6 giorni mi hanno dato un appuntamento e a quanto pare l’osteopata era lì tutti i giorni ma nessuno l’aveva chiamato. Sono stata a Quiberon diverse volte ma è tutta un’altra cosa. Una grossa delusione.

Tonight we had our dinner in the bistro at this beautiful hotel. Our party, four adults and five children, arrived to dine at the peak of business. The setting, ambience, and menu selections were spectacular, but paled in comparison to the Excellence in service from the young woman that coordinated our meal. Evelyn‘s patience, professionalism and sincere hospitality made the climax of our unforgettable day in Bandol. Bravo Mademoiselle! You are a true hospitality professional and our wish is that this review will find you and those to which you report. Commendation and recognition deserved!

This hotel is outstanding on all fronts and we enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, greeted in the foyer and overlooking the pool and beach below, we were so pleased to be here! We asked about a sea-view and were upgraded for a fee per night. Our room was overlooking the water on the top level with a balcony which we enjoyed so very much. We visited the restaurant on our first day for lunch as we waited for our room to be ready and enjoyed and the service, champagne and food were wonderful. Overall, our housekeeping was good and the attention by the pool upstairs, including aperol spritz in the afternoon, were fabulous. We also enjoyed cocktails in the lobby areas on the sofas and the bartender was outstanding. We asked for a car ride to the train station our last morning and all worked out quite well--lovely gent and again, great front desk staff. Highly recommend this fantastic escape as it is located just a short walk to the village and would make for a romantic getaway anytime! We would gladly return!

Terrible management of an upmarket hotel. Unprofessional conduct that led to a hazardous situation that my family was exposed to.

A lovely relaxing hotel with beautiful views from the sea side rooms. The staff are very pleasant. One downside I found was that the pool mattresses were left out in the rain so that when you sat on them in the morning you were immediately left with soaking wet clothing. Surely the mattresses could be stacked overnight and covered by a tarpaulin. Also I agree with a previous poster about the difficulty for older people of navigating the narrow space around the pool. Generally a very positive experience though
