Come si è svolto il servizio? La maggior parte dei servizi è offerta dal direttore dei servizi al cliente, Rafizan. Grande vista, buona stanza. ma l'unica cosa è il bagno è troppo slipperato, non sicuro per i bambini, le mummie incinte e il cittadino senior (come i miei bambini). Anche gli adulti come noi sono quasi sempre caduti. E le strutture? Le strutture sono buone.Il club dei bambini non ha un condotto, solo un fan. abbastanza congestionato. Ti è piaciuto il cibo? Il buffet di cena è buono e ha molte scelte, ma la mia famiglia ha avuto una cattiva esperienza nel colazione, l'uovo per Nasi Lemak è stato rovinato e il roti Canai è stato strano con un gusto amaro.

Il prof è peggio. Posso sentire la gente camminare e ridere sul corridoio durante la mezzanotte. Posso anche sentire la persona che si ferma vicino a aprire la porta. Ho chiesto un letto, ma hanno combinato due letti in un letto. La stanza sembra anche un po' vecchia. Tuttavia, l'hotel è abbastanza pulito, quindi posso ancora dormire. Forniscono un tovagliolo, una doccia, un shampoo e un asciugamano. Ci sono anche un sacco di parcheggio.

Hotel senza ascensore. Ci sono buoni ristoranti locali intorno alla città, ma se non ti piace il cibo locale, c'è un 7-Eleven solo un 2-minute camminare lontano. Il doccia è un po' di problema. Ci sono solo sapone d'acqua nel doccia, quindi portate il vostro tovagliolo o shampoo.

The room is nice and warm. The kids enjoy the facilities, the swimming pool and the gym room too. During our swim, the swimming pool is not occupy, clean and kid enjoy very much. The gym room also well maintain too. The breakfast serving is varieties, the staff is also welcoming. We will sure come back for the breakaway.

The check in and checkout process is just smooth the room was clean and the towel was clean its like an old hotel but still comfy so far the stay is good

We booked this place as we had a wedding at the glasshouse. We booked 4 rooms. Location wise it’s literally a 2 mins walk . It’s perfect and convenient. The rooms were poorly maintained. Lighting was really bad and the water in the sink kept running . The staffs were nice and friendly . I’d say you get what you pay for , so it’s a fair deal
