Balikpapan: i migliori hotel con palestra

We had an absolutely amazing time at Ibis's Hottel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and crisp bed sheets.F@B : The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much . I would have Luxurious impression. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back. Thank you Ibis👍

Best Hotel anywhere. the rooms are nice, clean ,very comfortable and all that for sure..however what makes is GREAT IS THE STAFF..from Parking guys, to housekeeping to Mami Vika the place is great.. EVEN BETTER IS THE RESTAURANT.. HI BOS..APA KABAR.. ☺️ i have been there many times..they are my Family.. Kika, Laily, Mega, Said, Asrul, ....,EVERYONE EVERYONE EVERYONE TREATS ME LIKE A KING.. Breakfast is a buffet but they will not let me go there.. they sit me down and get me my eggs, teh, fresh fruit and when i stop in during they day they get me es teh no gula.. i make sure to go to a fancy shop that sells very good chocolate Bars and buy 6 assorted big ones for them and A bottle of Wine for Kika and Laily to share. the food is 10000% PERFECT, THE CHEF MAKES GREAT MEALS.. THIS IS MY FAMILY IN BALIKPAPAN. I WOULD GIVE THE ENTIRE HOTEL AND EVERY SINGLE PERSON THERE 10 STARS.. THE TULIPE BAR IS ALSO GREAT FUN..GUYS BINTANG TIDAK BAGUS,CORONA BAGUS🤣🤣 the pool is perfect, clean and big. they also do Weddings and events for different Holidays and if you want a mind boggling beautiful wedding meal..Kika and rest will make your wedding beyond perfect..EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF KITCHEN AND RESTAURANT STAFF WORK AS A TEAM MAKING DREAMS COME TRUE LOVE PAPA

We had an order via Travel Agent for three nights but due to the guest being affected by Covid our guest had to leave the hotel early. In this case, we ask to hotel that the remaining nights can be canceled without a penalty fee, but the hotel is very uncooperative and for the three nights are still subject to a penalty fee. It's really a pity even though we have a lot of official trips in Balikpapan and we will not use this hotel again for our business purposes.

Brief overnight stay. Everything was fine. The room was comfortable and spacious. The balcony and sea view was a bonus. Nice big shower in the bathroom but no hand towels. Wi-Fi was good but required a different log-in when outside the room. In the common areas, the gym was good and pretty well equipped. The covered pool was a bit small and random. Unfortunately we had to skip breakfast as we had a very early flight to catch.

For me and my fam, Novotel Balikpapan still shown their best hospitality in Balikpapan. We prefer to stay here than other hotel. Novo has spacious bedroom and various breakfast choice, also an awesome pool. Glad to be back to Novotel Balikpapan to spend the weekend with our loved ones.

Il personale dell'ufficio frontale è molto veloce per controllare in corso, la stanza era pulita, ma per il detrito non funziona correttamente, l'acqua ancora staccata sulla bocca di detrito. ”ACQUA HOT” Non funziona davvero male esperienza durante il soggiorno con questa proprietà Facility OK (Gym center & piscina) Per F&B Skybar food ( Nasi Goreng & Spaghetti Carbonara bello) Per colazione tutti i cibi è stato bello e gusto specialmente per ”Pecel” Molto delizioso Tutti i membri del personale molto amichevole e sempre ci aiutano durante il soggiorno con questa proprietà

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza familiare per qualche giorno di viaggio, e purtroppo non abbiamo avuto la migliore esperienza all'hotel. Servizio: (+) In primo luogo, vorrei riconoscere il buon ufficio di fronte per aiutarci a ottenere un check in precoce (1 ora prima). (-) Il secondo giorno abbiamo pulito la nostra stanza, quando siamo entrati nella nostra stanza, il serratura ha bloccato la porta, Perciò chiunque aprirebbe facilmente la porta senza carte d'accesso! Fortunatamente non c'era niente mancato, abbiamo immediatamente chiamato una denuncia ma nessuna risposta o scusa dall'hotel. Abbiamo una unità (circa 40m2) di appartamento, composta da 2 camere da letto piuttosto piccole. Poiché eravamo con bambini piccoli, non ci ha disturbato, ma l'unità potrebbe essere confondita per la famiglia con bambini più grandi. (+) Più punto qui è un piccolo pantry, ma nessun menu di servizio in camera ecc come gli hotel in generale, molto si sentiva come affittare un appartamento quotidiano. (-) Ci sono stati molti capelli sul bagno quando entrammo nella stanza. La peggiore parte è: ci sono stati RATS (o animali sconosciuti?) nel tetto della nostra unità!! Il ristorante era pulito e ben progettato. (-) Quando stavo per prendere i miei figli a nuotare, abbiamo visto un ratto che correva nella piscina. La piscina non era nemmeno molto pulita, quindi ho immediatamente chiesto di ritirarsi dal piano. La cosa migliore dell'hotel è che si trova nello stesso edificio con il Pentacity Mall Per queste esperienze ho avuto durante il mio soggiorno, probabilmente non resterò per la seconda volta.

Questo è probabilmente il miglior hotel a Balikpapan. La stanza è pulita e confortevole. Tutti i membri del personale sono gentili e professionali dal desk front al dipartimento F&B. Il menu di servizio della stanza potrebbe essere migliorato ulteriormente, ma amo il mio Ayam Penyet e Soto Soup. Ottimo cibo. La diffusione del buffet B-fast è stata anche molto buona. Grazie a Karen e Inka per aver sempre assicurato che tutte le nostre esigenze siano soddisfatte. Ci ritroveremo presto.

Location is wonderful. But little dirty and too much noisy. I can hear clearly the outside store music sound until late time and traffic sound also. For the more, The room was not soundproofed at all, so I could hear sounds from the room next door and the hallway very clearly.

Pelayanan resepsionis sangat ramah...kamar hotel cukup luas dan bersih...lokasi dekat dengan pantai dan kuliner terkenal...variasi breakfast cukup banyak, namun kesegaran buah tolong dijaga...
