I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

Hm, quasi tutto. - Ciò che viene annunciato dall'hotel nei loro social media o sito web con la realtà è completamente diverso per quanto riguarda le applicazioni dei protocolli sanitari COVID 19. (al check-in, nessuno ha controllato la nostra temperatura corporea, offerto di utilizzare i sanitari a mano). In questo caso, se abbiamo una febbre e se uno di noi è positivo per la coagulazione 19 ma abbiamo passato il controllo facilmente in corso. Può ancora assicurare la sicurezza di tutti gli ospiti che rimangono con voi? Ci chiediamo se tutti i punti sul CHSE siano attuati quotidianamente dal personale dell'hotel? - Molto povere condizioni di camera. molto pareti di tinture, la copertura di tinture ha molte tinture, la pittura nella stanza quando ho appena controllato, la posizione quasi caduta. wow, seriamente questo hotel è gestito dal gruppo Jayakarta? (FYI la mia stanza era nel 003) - Il banner del protocollo sanitario nel lobby frontale è caduto a causa del vento, ma nessuno ha notato? - Le atteggiamenti del personale devono essere migliorati. nessuno ci ha salutato al massimo quando eravamo nel lobby, anche quando il personale femminile dell'hotel ci ha passati. Beh, è perché siamo ospiti locali di Balinese e dovremmo ottenere questo tipo di servizio? No, imparare a rispettare ogni ospite che resta con voi. - Alla fine, abbiamo deciso di fare un checkout precoce e anche il momento più terribile, quando sono arrivato alla ricezione. Il personale incaricato non ha chiesto perché ho deciso di fare un checkout precoce.

Che dire di questo piccolo episodio? ...Bene, è tranquillo e tranquillo e attualmente in fase di rinnovamento (con poca disturbo, deve essere detto) ... è sul lato sbagliato della strada, quindi a meno che non si vuole dire con la morte, è necessario andare in bicicletta o cabina ovunque ... l'architettura è bizzarra ... forma sopra la funzione con una piscina immersa nel mezzo ...e camere che dovevano essere davvero circa il 50% più grandi per chiunque voglia swing correttamente un felino. Colazione, robusta e solida ...specialmente se siete asiatici ...personale, obbligatorio e attento ...a giornata di giochi che hanno visto giorni migliori ... un ristorante sempre vuoto che serve cibo locale bello a un prezzo ragionevole ...a grande mega mall dietro che è accessibile da L'hotel ... e un minimalista riempito di booze e snack vicino alla porta. Che dire? ... E' bello. E' ok. E' un po' senza anima e non molto Bali ... probabilmente puoi fare meglio, ma se non puoi, e' grande.

La stanza è pulita, come quella. La piscina è chiara, mi invita a passare il giorno nella piscina 😁 L'armadio è fornito alla piscina, a meno che non fossero fuori dal magazzino, allora si dovrebbe portare dalla stanza. La colazione è considerata O.K. Con scelte limitate. Meno di un ristorante, ci vuole tempo per servirmi le mezza uova cotte cotte Pasticceria e caffè considerati buoni.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Jumana per 2 notti solo per verificare se ci piacerebbe per le visite future. Inizialmente volevamo stare al nuovo albero banyan buahan, ma è stato completamente prenotato, quindi abbiamo deciso su Jumana che era una proprietà del albero banyan. Gosh, questo resort deve essere stato assolutamente sorprendente in quei gloriosi giorni di albero di banana!Abbiamo scoperto di lavori di costruzione in corso e che la maggior parte delle strutture sono chiuse per coincidenza quando abbiamo controllato alcune recensioni qui su Tripadvisor. Posso dire che, onestamente, non è vero che la gente ne sia resa conto quando prenota su diversi siti online, non ho ancora visto che è menzionato su siti come agoda, prenotazione o expedia. Questo può essere molto fuorviante per le persone che prenotano come una settimana intera e scopriranno quando arrivano all'hotel. Ora si deve dire che il prezzo è stato abbastanza giusto per quello che si ottiene. Si', quasi tutto era chiuso, solo un ristorante aperto, ma almeno hanno aperto un centro spa in una delle villa che era molto apprezzato. Abbiamo chiesto una villa tranquilla in anticipo e siamo stati sicuri che non ci sarebbe stato disturbato dal lavoro di costruzione. Purtroppo, pochi minuti dopo che siamo entrati nella nostra villa, la segatura e la foratura iniziarono in una villa sopra di noi. Possiamo trasferirci più tardi, ma non è quello che volevo, cambiare le stanze in un solo soggiorno di 2 notti. Le stanze sono sorprendenti, cosa si aspetta da un marchio come il baianiano. Ma dopo due anni di coviglia e il cambiamento di gestione che sembra essere Hilton ora, è in desperata necessità di una rigenerazione. Mentre mi aspettavo che la spiaggia di Melasti fosse molto più bello e meno ricco, il personale del club spiaggia era sorprendente, molto utile e super bello per parlare con. Abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno, non era solo Wow.

Hotel assolutamente bellissimo. Il più grande, più impressionante posto in cui abbiamo vissuto. Il livello di servizio e cura era molto più di quello che potevamo immaginare. Piscine e spiaggia sono eccellenti. Abbiamo visitato altre aree e le spiagge erano piuttosto sporche e non piacevoli, quindi apprezzavamo davvero quanto fosse stato mantenuto. Le nostre uniche denunce (per poter migliorare l'ultimo %10) sono: Alcuni si sono sentiti un po'scurati, come se non pensassero che nessuno ci vedesse, quindi perché non ci sono problemi? Il bagno era molto bello, soprattutto per il design, ma si sentiva molto fretta e non così attenta quanto poteva essere. Abbiamo anche organizzato il bagno all’aperto alla fine del massaggio, ma non era molto piacevole a causa dello stato del bagno stesso. Il cibo è ok.Certamente non è male, ma va bene. La nostra camera aveva una porta annoiata per collegare due camere, che è molto vecchia e molto annoiata, poiché c'è un buco aperto tra le camere. I nostri vicini erano molto rumorosi e potevamo sentire tutto, compresi i loro bambini urlando. E sentirete anche tutto di sopra, anche la casa che teneva le cartucce in piedi per le strade, non sicuramente perché, ma purtroppo era molto rumore. In generale, un hotel molto bello e molto consigliato. E ancora una volta, il personale era sorprendente.

Il personale è molto amichevole e rispettoso. La posizione è sulla strada principale, quindi non potrete godere di nulla a piedi, ma tutte le spiagge sono a 5 km dalla posizione. Puoi godere al noleggio di un scooter da aree vicine. Avevo apprezzato la cena all'hotel, hanno cucine locali e occidentali. Rimango con le proprietà di Aston prima e mi piace il loro servizio, quindi consiglio questo hotel a chiunque stia cercando hotel a prezzi accessibili ma buoni a Bali.

My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!

酒店已經由國內7天集團接手。從官網預訂送了接機，過來接機的是中文工作人員，很實惠的價格，我們訂的是套房在一樓，隔音不錯，房間很大而且舒適。有個1.2米深的泳池。除了浴室設計有點不方便，熱水來得有點慢，花灑頭太高了，而且拿不下來。早餐是單點的，稍微簡單，不過一百來塊錢的酒店可以理解。店員都很有禮貌。走去沙灘大概半小時，建議打車，離家樂福10分鐘路程。

In my opinion the 101 Fontana is best suited to the seminar/conference/corporate market as opposed to the vacationer/holiday traveller. By this I mean the best Hotel stays are the ones where you say to yourself, ” I could see myself living here” or at least, returning. Somehow, although a Hotel, it has a homey feel about it. There is no homey feel about the 101 and I will not be returning. The rooms are clean and functional, not welcoming. As with most Bali Hotels staff greet you ( using your name if they know it ) with a smile, and here special mention must be made of Mr Radittya. The breakfast; OMG what a shambles!! 1) I wanted toast. There was no toasting machine. It was broken. So management, rather than source a replacement just shrugged their shoulders? If the toasting machine breaks, get another one. If no commercial is available, get a couple of domestic 4 slice toasters. IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE! 2) Tea and coffee station. Cups ✓ saucers ✓ teaspoons × I had to ask for a teaspoon. The second time I watched where the staff got the teaspoon from and on future occasions went and got the teaspoon from the drawer. Put the teaspoons by the tea and coffee station. IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. 3) Although there was a variety of hot meals ( when the staff remembered to light the warmers )many were Asian meals with the Asian name displayed which meant I didn't know what they were. If you have international guests, write the name of the meal in the local language and English. IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. 4) In the napkins of the table settings were a fork and tablespoon, no knife ( I guess it didn't matter because I had no toast to butter ) It is a breakfast service, you need a knife to butter your toast and cut your ( cold ) sausages and eggs ( see 5 ). IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. 5) They have a staff member to cook eggs to order. No-one informed me. There were no signs. Another guest told me about it. If you are going to cook eggs to order in a large breakfast room, a) write the guests order down with a number b) give the corresponding number to the guest. c) when the eggs are ready give them to a staff member to take to the guests table and remove the number. IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. For a relaxing holiday avoid the 101 Fontana is my opinion.
