Hotel in zona Pura Puseh Tigaron, Bali

We have just completed a magical 10 days at Wyndham Jivva Beach. We are long term Wyndham members (owners) and have stayed at many of their hotels and resorts. Jivva Beach rates at the top of the list for us. It's just far North East of Denpasar to be out of the rat race but still within easy reach of Sanur and other tourist attractions. Apart from its idyllic setting, the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. A special mention to the head chef Gusti who has a wealth of experience at 5 star international hotels. His leadership ensured a high level of cuisine at every meal. And Wijaya, the food and beverage manager led a team of wait staff which would be hard to beat anywhere. There are no shops close by, but we booked half day tours using local drivers at very reasonable prices (IDR 600,000 for 5 hours), so we were able to visit many local attractions. We also took the ferry to the island of Penida across the Badung Strait ~ well worth the time to do this. We were surprised that the beach (which is very close), is made of black sand ~ not a problem for us, but maybe for some. In essence, we love Wyndham Jivva and intend to visit again in 2024.

Perfetto! Il personale era molto amichevole, probabilmente il migliore che abbia mai incontrato e ci hanno salutati con un bicchiere di benvenuto. La nostra stanza era pulita e le cose si sono piegate ogni giorno senza chiedere. La piscina era molto pulita e di solito non occupata. Le porte della macchina erano aperte ogni volta che usciamo e entrammo.Il cibo era delizioso e il ristorante era amichevole e ci ha assicurato di avere tutto quello che ci chiese ogni giorno. Mi sono malato l'ultimo giorno e erano così preoccupati e volevano portarmi all'ospedale o chiamarmi un dottore.

La nostra stanza a Mega Boutique, camera 502, era in realtà più che buona. La stanza che abbiamo soggiornato era pulita e il personale era molto responsivo. Tuttavia, dopo aver fatto check-out il 8 gennaio mattina, ci siamo resi conto alla notte, che i nostri 2 pacchetti di cibo congelato sono stati lasciati nel frigorifero nella camera 502. Ho chiamato l'hotel immediatamente ... è stato raccolto dal dipendente che mi ha chiesto di dare tempo per controllare la custodia. 5 minuti dopo abbiamo chiamato solo per ottenere una risposta che non hanno trovato il nostro cibo congelato nel frigorifero. sapevamo che l'aveva messo esattamente nel frigorifero. The hotel staff and management were exceptional. Friendly and accommodating. I stayed at this hotel twice for a total of 17 nights and was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious with an en-suite with a bath as well as a shower over and the rooms are dated but being renovated. The pool on the rooftop is large enough to swim properly but the stairwell accessing it is old and poorly maintained and not suitable for those with mobility problems. The quality and quantity of food was variable. I saw guests complaining, on more than one occasion that there was no breakfast foods left. I also ordered a spaghetti bolognaise which had no bolognese on it at all! Saying that, I had a delicious pizza loaded with toppings. I think I’d they can get the food service consistent, they will have nailed it. The net curtains in the room were black at the bottom and the curtains were heavily stained and the bath wasn’t cleaned ever during my stay, despite the room being cleaned. But, these are small issues which most places have. For value for money, I shopped around and my second stay was half the price of the first, simply by shopping around. It was very good value for money and a short walk from the beachfront, so I’d definitely recommend this hotel and I’d stay there again.

Il Dripz Coffee sotto l'effettivo Eden Hotel offre un grande caffè più cibo, snack ecc. Amichevole e utile personale!!Abbiamo avuto molti colazioni all'Eden Hotel - molto bello e grande valore!! Abbiamo avuto colazione americana, e c'è anche un'opzione per un buffet. Grazie a molti utenti, tra cui Juni, Ari Arum e Satria dal Dripz Coffee.

Perfect for the budget conscious yet this hotel offers everything you'd want in amenities and comfort. It has a beautifully clean swimming pool with excellent sun lounges and the rooms are far enough away from the street to be quiet and peaceful. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the house-keeping is thorough and professional. The bed in my room was very comfortable and great size, the bathroom is clean and there was enough storage space for a comfortable few days. It is less than ten minutes from the airport which is perfect for transit travellers and only about ten minutes walk to German Beach. Very close to Lippo Mall and is at the heart of the restaurants area of Jalan Kartika Plaza. If you're not into 5 star resort type luxury, this hotel is ideal and I would happily stay here again.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service).
