Hotel a 3 stelle a Bali

3* hotel con una buona posizione all'interno della città, grande se hai un business in zona e hai bisogno di un soggiorno di bilancio. C'erano alcune persone che non hanno avuto l'odore di un vecchio sediale, il frigo non era freddo, e il te'spazzo elettrico era un po'fuori, ma il servizio era davvero eccezionale. Dalle persone del servizio frontale al bar e al personale di custodia, ogni persona era super gentile, amichevole e extra utile. Queste persone ci hanno fatto sentire come un ospite davvero speciale caro. 3* proprietà con un 10* personale!

This was our last accommodation in Bali. As mentioned in most reviews, this is right next to the Monkey Forest in Ubud and also extremely close to quite a few restaurants. This is also very close to central Ubud ie Ubud Palace/Art market etc. Needless to say the major usp of the place is definitely the location. We got the room closest to the reception/entrance on the ground floor. Also as mentioned in numerous other reviews due to the close proximity of the property to the Monkey forest, we get frequent visits (raids might be an even better word) from the monkeys from time to time. Because of this we were instructed to always keep the sliding door shut. This is naturally a dampener but there isn't much else one can do about it. Kudos to the staff especially the ones in the restaurant for being able to operate under these circumstances. Also can't praise the staff enough for always being accommodating to every request as well as helping out without us even asking. Some of the examples of this would be the staff attending to a leak in the bathroom at 10 in the night (we had just mentioned the minor issue so that they would get someone to look at it in the morning) and our breakfast being packed on the last day (we actually said we won't be having breakfast due to the lack of time to catch our flight). We also made friends with the driver Gedeh who was extremely helpful and friendly. The review is rated a 4 instead of 5 because of a few minor things like the wi-fi reception in the room and the entire situation with the monkeys. All in all would recommend a stay here.

I will preface this with given the location I expected to hear music and traffic from the street, however I wasn’t expecting no soundproofing within the hotel itself. I was on the ground floor. Crying babies, rolling suitcases, people drunkenly stumbling in at all hours and having singalongs in the corridor - at one point I woke up and genuinely thought I’d left my door open - that’s how loud it was. This was a HUGE downer. Beyond that, it’s good. Staff are outstanding - absolutely lovely and so helpful. Water dispensers in hallway for you to refill your own bottle. The room is budget and no frills, it is modern looking and kept clean but has some wear and tear. Best suited to if you need a place to lay your head for a night if you’re passing through briefly. View on to the rice field was nice. Air conditioner exceptional. Location, can’t beat it. Walking distance to everywhere. If you’re from Australia, for reference, I would say this is one very solid step down below Ibis or the old Formula One hotels. You’ve gotta take the good with the bad, and it’s not all bad, but - and I don’t say this jokingly - buy some earplugs before you book.

Il personale è stato così utile a fissare i visti e chiedere sempre se dovevamo fare qualcosa in quel giorno. E' bello e tranquillo per sfuggire alla fretta di Bali in alcuni luoghi. It’s out of the way however a short car / moped trip and you’ll be able to go to restaurants, small local shops and hotels. You can use grab to get food delivery’s not a problem. Also very friendly dog called ‘panda’ which we loved. We’ll be back! ❤️

We stayed on the second level. Only 2 stories. In a Superior room. Free breakfast with booking. Directly across the road from Kuta Beach. Supermarket and laundry next door. Breakfast is amazing. The room ate cleaned every day. The new owner has extensively renovated the hotel since buying it 18 months ago. Highly recommend this hotel. So central to everything.

L’hotel è molto ben situato a due minuti a piedi da una spiaggia dove si può fare un bagno. La camera è molto spaziosa, una grande stanza da bagno, un super letto confortevole, nonché un vestito, di un angolo ufficio, di un divano e ovviamente di una terrazza ben attrezzata. Il personale è super simpatico e all’ascolto delle vostre esigenze. Il colazione è incluso con la camera. Ci è anche una piscina molto simpatica e calda come un bagno che ho apprezzato particolarmente. Hotel molto ben situato pieno di spot da andare a scoprire nei dintorni. L’hotel offre pacchetti di escursioni e visite dell’isola. Raccomando di affittare un scooter all’hotel per spostarsi perché a piedi è subito molto lungo perché l’isola ha un sacco di rilievo. Vous avez également sur la plage à 2 minutes de quoi acheter un billet de bateau pour quitter l’île.

We are adventurous family with one kid so we decided to stay here for 3 nights to explore the island a bit more. This small resort is located in small village in the middle of the jungle just walking distance from Crystal bay beach. Rooms are very spacious, clean with big bath room and terrace where you can sit and enjoy surroundings. In front of the rooms is pool, good for water activities for kids. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They can arrange for you scooters or tour around the islands spots. Special thanks to Don, who took us for one day tour around the island with his car. The food in restaurant was fine, surprisingly with many options on the menu. Mostly local or simple dishes. They have limited options of alcoholic drinks like beer or some white or red white etc. This resort accept card payments which is great as you don't need to carry too much cash around here because there is just few ATMs in the island.

Questo hotel ha rappresentato una scelta eccellente per la visita di Nusa Penida. La spesa è circa 20 euro a notte per due persone, con colazione. Certo alcune cose andrebbero riviste. A posto del letto grandissimo (penso sia un tre piazze) si potrebbe mettere un letto normale e posto dove appoggiare la biancheria. La colazione è limitata ad alcune possibilità , ma per quel prezzo è già tanto se te la danno. C'è una piscina, non grande, ma ben tenuta. Una menzione particolare per il personale. Erano tantissimi e giovanissimi. Forse erano studenti di qualche scola alberghiera, ma tutti erano disponibilissimi e molto preparati. Ricordo in particola Erna che lavorava alla receptions come una ragazza molto professionale disponibile nonostante la giovane età.
