1. The hotel is very old. 2. The location is convenient. 3. I don’t think the pillows/pillow cases were clean.

Sparkling clean, large room, giant bed. friendly staff, good location, water dispenser is a plus, but there’s always this sewage smell near the bathroom.

家族、カップルに最高でした ちなみに私は1人旅です 屋上プールは1~2組位しかいないので 眺めもいい静かのんびり過ごせました

朝食が豊富でなかった。 1日のみ朝食予約した。 スタッフも親切でした。セキュリティもしっかりして安心 部屋の掃除も行き届いていた。 浴室シャワー浴バスタブもあり水圧がもお湯もしっかり出て日本人向けだと思います。次回又プライベートで宿泊泊したいです。

Perfect structure, excellent rooms cleaning, very kind and professional staff, breakfast of high standard and strategic location (near to the see and the city centre), great and always on time the shuttle service.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. Pros: - The suite rooms are very spacious and ideal for 2 adults and 2 kids. - Small kitchen provided with a sink, microwaver, coffee maker. - Water gallons provided (hot and cold) - Suite lounge very nice to get a drink and indonesian local snacks. - Swimming pools not that busy - All staff in the hotel very friendly: reception, swimming pool, breakfast restaurant. - Location good, across a small supermarket and a good babi guling restaurant, restaurants nearby. Cons: - Nothing to be noted which is material.

Stayed one night. They had nice rooftop pool, but there was no light on after 7pm?!? There is also pool in 1. Floor. They have restaurant and cafeteria witch was nice. Room was good size, but smell like wet basement (2. floor). Also bathroom looked badly cleaned. Walls has stains and sticky dust in corners. Rest of room was clean. Bathroom need some reno, I was afraid to move shoverhead because it wabble, can come of the wall.
