È più grande di una normale stanza a Seoul. Anche se è un hotel CP, il colore rosa è abbastanza buono. Il prezzo è ok.

C'è uno zio coreano alla reception che fornisce un servizio scadente agli stranieri. Ha prenotato una stanza costosa e ha soggiornato in una economica. Non voleva cambiare stanza.

Sembrava un love hotel e nel complesso mancava la pulizia. Non c'erano quasi servizi, solo acqua nel frigorifero e asciugamani, anche se c'erano due persone lì, c'era solo un asciugamano da bagno. Quando ho chiesto al bancone di preparare due asciugamani da bagno, mi è stato detto che potevano prepararne solo uno. Nel bagno, il WC e la vasca sono nella stessa stanza e non c'è alcuna tenda per separare la vasca e il WC, quindi quando si fa il bagno il pavimento si bagna e diventa molto umido. L'atmosfera generale è vecchia, quindi non ho trascorso un soggiorno molto confortevole. Tuttavia, c'è un minimarket nelle vicinanze e la stazione più vicina è a circa 5 minuti a piedi, quindi penso che la posizione fosse buona.

La porta a vetri del bagno/toilette era rotta e non si chiudeva bene, e alcuni asciugamani avevano della colla e altri erano strappati. Anche se al momento della prenotazione non c'erano informazioni relative al parcheggio, inizialmente mi hanno detto che il parcheggio non era possibile e che avrebbero dovuto contattare direttamente il luogo in cui avevo effettuato la prenotazione. Ha detto che lo avrebbe fatto solo questa volta e che è stato generoso. Quando ho chiamato perché la temperatura della stanza non era controllata, mi hanno detto che avrebbero gestito la temperatura della stanza separatamente e avrebbero acceso la caldaia a titolo di cortesia. È un motel con scritto sopra il nome dell'hotel.

L'ambiente è confortevole e vale la pena tornarci. Il centro assistenza clienti è amichevole. La posizione è nel centro della città, vicino alla metropolitana, a circa 10 minuti a piedi. Ci sono anche minimarket nelle vicinanze

Il letto è molto grande e comodo, proprio come mostra l'immagine. L'unico inconveniente è che non c'è illuminazione e il bagno è un po' anti-marea. L'esperienza di soggiorno complessiva è ok.

Booked last minute but got really good price. Very clean and comfortable. Very though of hair styling products provided in room. Price under $50 AUD a night! close to metro and bus to everywhere.

동대문호텔은 주차문제부터가 엄청고민인데요,이 호텔은 주차장도 자리가 엄청 넓구요,방이 완전 깨끗하고 아늑하고 직원분들도 너무너무 친절해요!제일 아쉬운건 제가 급하게 만나야할 고객이 있어서 방 사진을 못찍은거가 완전 마음에 걸리고 너무 아쉬위요,ㅜㅜ 동대문근처 호텔에 여러번 갔지만 여기처럼 가격도 부담스럽지않고 고급지고 친절하고 제일 우려하던 주차문제를 해결할수 있었던 호텔은 이번이 처음입니다!다음부터는 이호텔로 찜했답니당~^^

I have booked 4 nights of the superior double room. However, the room I got is a standard room instead of the one that I booked and saw in my reservation. I asked the house host on the first night and they refused to give me the correct room and said that it was the mistake of the Agoda platform and that the room description is wrong. The attitude is suepr ride and they kept speaking in Korean with foul language and the male host pushed me out of the counter and said that I cannot stand in there (which they asked me to come in to check the detail in their computer). It is totally a very bad experience and it is totally not appropriate to touch and push me as due to different gender (I am a female and the host is a 40+ male). So I told Agoda to solve this issue but they kept using different CS colleagues to reply my email with different answer. Some of them said that they can refund (I have email record) and some of them didn't know what happened and kept asking me repeating questions. This is really annoying and I have handled this issue for over half of my trip and wasted me lots of time without any solution from Agoda nor the motel. This is not acceptable that either the hotel or Agoda are taking any responsibility. Both of them have charged me a price especially Agoda is charged me the difference of the hotel room, but no service or solution are from Agoda. I really don't know why I need to book via Agoda then as they didn't secured my booking and just having alignment with the hotel. I personally do not recommend to book this hotel or even using the Agoda as they are not helping at all for any issue when it is happening. Besides, the room is super dirty and so many scratches on the wall, broken floor and dusts everywhere. The toilet lights and TV also turn off suddenly at night and a women voice whispering over night. The room totally not clean and have ghost... The location of the hotel is really bad as well as it is surrounded by karaoke rooms and motels. So many needy and drunk men around the hotel and the streets to the hotel is super dark without any street light. Really do not recommend anyone to book this hotel unless you are okay to stay with ghost and bad attitude host.
