The hotel room not safe no extra lock inside the door I was shocked the guy cleaner he just open the door while am sleeping, he wants to clean the room without knocking my room door..feel something inside the room 4 nights stay I couldn't sleep will not comfortable. The toilet bowl noisy..the breakfast they serve everyday the same food..

Great location, friendly staff and good service at Sattriya hotel.

Strategic location which just a short walking distance to Kuta Beach, very convenient. The reception is also very friendly but just a bit slow during check in progress.

All good but internet doesn’t work and you have to tell them to clean your room and also to replace empty containers at breakfast

My favourite go to hotel in Bali. I will usually stay here for convenience and the price worth the stay. Really close to beachwalk mall and breakfast is included. To the airport it will just take 15 minutes drive and good part is you don’t have to go through the one way main street if you need to go somewhere from the hotel

Location is great near everything and the staff were so friendly.

This hotel doesnt concer for their guest. If the guest doesnt arrive or show they will not do anything to contact the guest. Maybe something wrong happen. In 5 days they didnt call me or alert my agent that the guest still doesnt arrive.

Nice hotel, good location next to the beach. The hotel gardens are beautiful. Rooms are big and clean. Good breakfast. Recommend.

Rooms clean, great location for shopping & dinning. A lot of shops & restaurants nearby. Near Kuta beach. Hairdryer not provided in the room, need to request from counter. Breakfast not much choice & is hot having breakfast at the restaurant.

The best part of this hotel is the location which is really fantastic. Very close to the beach, shopping malls, restaurants, and markets. I will stay here again just because the location is so wonderful. There are two pools on the property. One with a pool bar. Breakfast was just okay. Not anything to get excited about. This hotel doesn’t have the normal Bali hospitality but the location really makes up for it.
